Which has no relevance since we are talking about pvp, where there is no rotation. Heck, even pve doesn't have a rotation anymore but a priority system.

Are you sure you read the "PvP"-part from the thread title?
even though this is a PVP thread. the rotation that i posted in my first post is the standard rotation recognized by elitist jerks. they have the numbers to prove it to that current level. is it the highest optimum level? possibly or possibly not.
I'm not sure you are understanding that there are fundamental differences between PvE and PvP. In PvP, if you get caught hard casting a shadow bolt (an integral part of EJ's priority list), you will get locked out. Fear does not factor into EJ's priority list, nor does Curse of Tongues or Curse of Exhaustion (three of your most important spells). PvP does not have a rotation or a priority list. In PvP, your goal is a mixture of maximizing your damage output, while casting enough defensive spells to survive. You can't put any kind of definite, or even loose rotation on this kind of thing, because every situation is different.
You can however get some tips on how to reasonably put out damage, or tricks for getting those defensive spells off. However, in order for such discussion to really be beneficial, you have to get over the rotation/priority list mindset.
