Goju, blood elf rogue, Turalyon-USon my horde rogue, took Engineering for the fun factor. had just tinkered the Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket on my gloves, and was meeting up with my crew to run Utgarde Keep. on the run in, ran into some flagged alliance who were fighting my crew. Since I dont pvp, they warned me (via Vent) to be careful and jump into the instance, they were holding them off till I got there. While halfway down the hall, my crew jumps into the instance and advise me to follow...but I couldnt leave without taking a parting shot. Took a bead on a Draenei Mage and let loose....BOOM....CRIT....Pyro Rocket clocked him right in the side of head and he dropped dead like a rock! ..and right before the other ally's could target me, I hit sprint and side-hopped right into the instance, Rogue Drive-By FTW!
my favorite moment is when our guild killed kael'thas after weeks of work. and it wasn't the most clean kill ever. at last %2 most of the raid was dead some dps and me as resto shammy was alive and he was in the flight phase. every alive member including me dpsed him down, i died and reincarnated up, people were falling like leaves and when i got the killing blow of our first kill my headphones burned down because of the screams in vent. was fun.
Undoubtedly my favorite memory was when i fight the Lich King, was an awesome moment because i turned kinda casual and i never got an invitation from my guild before due that my gear wasn't the best, but that day they invited me and it was a great run. Really awesome, my first time in ICC and I faced the LK.
Flying for the first time in Northrend. Cold Weather flying was a big deal to me, as I've played Frozen Throne a lot before I jumped aboard WoW in Wrath. I had been going along on the ground until I hit 78, visiting some locations I recalled from WC3, but it was when I first got to use my flying mount that the grandness of Northrend became clear. No other continent, no other time, has ever left me happy and in awe, but at the same time so cold and lonely. I miss Northrend :(
This is a very challenging contest in my opinion, how to pick a favorite out of so many wonderful moments? The first time I killed a raid boss, or cleared said raid? A valiant PvP victory or satisfying player kill? Achievements... oh so many achievements!Since I began my WoW journey only a short time before BC launched and then not being able to progress very far in that expansion, I would have to say my favorite moment to be that first Lich King kill for our guild - not Heroic, not a server first, just a satisfying 10-man kill. He was the end-all boss after weeks and weeks of gated content and gearing a small team of friends - then the work on him began and so too the learning curve of a fight with a lot more than just "tank it and spank it" mechanics. A good attempt could go so awry with one bad defile or losing a player to an early valkyrie, but when everything finally clicked - phase by phase the tension building but everyone keeping cool until that final percent ticked away... and you know, he killed us all! Thanks Tirion for that Mass Resurrection, couldn't have done it without you. :DFarewell Arthas, may you know some peace - perhaps we will find a way to end the Scourge for all time and Bolvar might be free, as well.

My favorite memory is the one that made me want to raid and continue playing in the first place. I started at the beginning of Wrath, which was by far the easiest this game has ever been but i remember thinking, this is the hardest game i have ever played lol. so i joined a casual raiding guild and the first week i was there they brought me in to a Naxx run to get acquainted with the raid atmosphere. I failed so hard all night long but they kept me in, and helped me understand. Something most guilds don't do nowadays. By the end of the night after hours of wipes i was the last man standing on KT. A couple kill shots later and we got the first KT kill the guild ever got. Everyone's nerd screams on vent and "OMG I CANT BELIEVE YOU LIVED LONG ENOUGH TO KILL HIM" was the greatest feeling i had playing ANY video game, Ever. 3 years later, im in a serious progression guild on the same server and i give the people in Progenies all the credit in the world for helping me stick with it and become the awesome raider i am today. LOVE YOU GUYS!
My favorite memory was either when I killed the Lich King for the first time or when I succesfully tanked Ahune on my first tank to reach 85 and on the first try (it was the first 85 dungeon I tanked)!
My fondest memory regards the night I was allowed to come along on a Kara run, my first raiding experience ever. I had enjoyed levelling and running heroics up till then, but a raid was something way beyond my grasp. As soon as I had hit the necessary amount of spellpower and hit, the RL decided to take me and a friend along for fun run (the guild had Kara on farm and would easily steam through it). The fact that the RL, his girlfriend and my friend were all coming along made it a really enjoyable experience, because we had lots of fun and giggles on Vent; however, the raid itself was what really struck me. Karazhan was so incredibly awe-inspiring... the magnitude, the variety, the storyline, the impressive boss encounters, the sheer size of the place... my god, it was too much to take in at once. I felt like I had just stumbled upon a whole different world, ad the fact that I entered it with people who I called my friends made it all the more worth it.
a Warlocks story - by RepeatsAbout five years ago.....when I had finally achieved level 70. All that time spent questing, running in dungeons, farming and skill leveling. I had finally made it. The first thing I did was to buy a flying mount. After that I flew around, everywhere I could. I enjoyed it, until one day... I was flying home to Shattrah, tired, from a long day of work. When suddenly my eagle disappeared, right in front of my eyes. I couldn't believe it, "I treated that bird like a friend", I though to myself while I was falling. "This is it", I said to myself. When I finally hit the ground, I died on impact. All I can remember was waking up a few moments later, feeling like I just got run over by a kodo. "I can't believe it, I'm alive!", I shouted. People came running to me, casting magic healing spells on me, I felt better in that instant. People was crying, shouting "He made it!" I was relieved to be alive. And that's the best moment. And now, Whenever I fly, I always bring a parachute. The End.
My favorite, earliest memory, is when my old guild on Zul'jin defeated 40-man Ragnaros during vanilla. My current favorite memory is when my Guild Leader reminded the raid that: "Avans has two balls." Invoking laughter on Ventrilo to the statement that was meant to be harmless as he was simply reminding people that I was taking care of two Kinetic Bomb's in the Blood Prince Council encounter in Icecrown Citadel.Good times, good times.
My favorite moment in WoW was after spending a good hour or so looking for Mankriks wife I asked Barrens chat, and through all the trolling and chuck norris jokes I saw someone say "Look on Wowhead" and I have been hooked ever since :D
By far, participating in the World First Ragnaros kill. The adrenalin, the hard work, and realizing how terrible I was back then.
My favorite memery of WoW is the first time i played i spent 48hr straight playing, just the pure joy of playing a game that was stimulating and entertaining.
Favorite moment,(s) Fighting azuregos/ the twilight drakes, a few of my closest friends and i would go out and battle this noble drakes every few days, great time to kick back, talk smack, and spend a little time with some of the lorekeepers of azeroth, I really miss those days. but im glad to see azuregos find his love, and battle black drakes for eternity, who could ask for more?
