My most memorable moment from WoW was the Halloween event in Shadowmoon Valley (back in TBC). I was level 69 on the edge of hitting 70 on my first toon. A couple of my guildies gathered around the candy pumpkin as i took the candy and turned in the quest putting my first toon at 70. My Lock spewed shortly after from all the candy lol
Of everything that's been awesome, wootworthy, or gigglesnortingly ridiculous over the years, my favorite memory to date is knocking on the server's door and getting in the moment Cata was launched: myself, my now-girlfriend and a couple friends looking at the new shinies, rolling new toons, and being generally slaphappy 'cause it was 3 AM local, until we all faceplanted on our respective keyboards. :D

My favorite memory was first exploring duskwood as a newbie. It was worrying because I wasn't quite the right level range yet, and many critters were orange/red and their aggro sounds made me jump. On top of that, my first server was RP-PVP and Duskwood is contended, so the thought that horde could come out at any moment and gank me was also nerve-wracking. Then, I ran through Darkshire and bumped into Stitches (at the time I had no idea about how the quests worked, so I was annoyed that they had an elite patrolling the only 'safe' road), and after that, I explored and found a world dragon.I was so blown away by all that was going on in Duskwood; I'll never forget it :)
My favorite memory was when I made my first character and done the starting area, and then started to explore the content, even if it killed me every once in a while.
My moment is first levels in dk. Like it was cool and super funny and new. And get talent points fast so it is always new things.
My absolute favorite moment in World of Warcraft is experiencing my very first achievement (Level 10). It was what hooked me into playing World of Warcraft, the feeling of gaining an achievement, listening to the awesome sound and graphic that swirls around my character. Each time I get an achievement, I'm transported back to the very first time I stepped into Azeroth.
My favorite memory would be back when I was a complete noob. Doing things like meleeing as a warlock, or not drinking and eating at the same time, or spamming fear thinking it would scare things to death XD. Then my cousin showed me Wowhead and taught me about the game and it became funner after I understood it better.
My favorite memory is the first time I walked through the dark portal. The feeling was so intense and epic! And than the endless fighting on the other side. Indescribable...
My favorite World of Warcraft memory would have to be when I ran around Stormwind with my friend Andrew. We went to the inn and bought a bunch of alcohol and started a giant mob by yelling in trade to follow us. There must have been around 50 people all drunk and running around with only their under garments on. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard.
Mine would be the first time I played the game on a friends account just after launch.I made a Night Elf Druid and wandered around Teldrassil for hours, completely in awe of the fantastic scenery of the game. And then... I discovered that the space bar made you jump. Coming over from FFXI, this was a deal-maker, and I was completely sold on WoW from then on.
The memory I'll never forget was when I killed my first ally was something so fabulous be so done!
My fondest memories is when I finally completed my tier 0.5 (dungeon set 2) questline to get my full feralheart set. I remember having guild groups helping out each other through the rough stages (strat45, final boss, etc).
My favorite memory was when i purchased my first flying mount. I flew around HFP for 20 minutes crop dusting Orcs.
