My favorite memory from WoW was buying a copy of (at the time) WoW Vanilla, BC, and Litch King for my girlfriend. She never understood the appeal of it until she started playing her self. Since that day we've played pretty much every day together.

My favorite memory in WoW has to be when I hit level 60 for the first time and when I started flying around on my mount! It was an amazing experience. I haven't been playing WoW for that long, but it feels like I've been playing forever! I love playing, and I dream of hitting level 85, I am sure if I keep playing and never give up, I will get there!
My favorite memory actually is a quest chain up in Icecrown. Crusader Bridenbrad. My character traveled the whole world to save this stranger. His story moved me to tears, and I didn't want to forget what happened, so I never sold off the ring the quest rewarded. I would do this quest over an over again, hoping that he will be saved each time, knowing that he won't be. He was truly a hero -- saving his allies one by one from the enemy, and then when he was infected, he moved as far away as he could to die so he wouldn't be able to hurt his friends and families and allies when he becomes undead. There should me more of these kinds of quests. Quests that can grab your emotions and twist them.
My favorite memory would be my very 1st time playing wow my brother bought the game and installed it so i started a lvl 1 orc hunter (in bc so there were no pets once you start) and i see this the guy who gives out the starting quest so i did it and then i got to the point i had to fight stuff i saw a orange mob and i started attacking i got so freaked out that i might die so i can away but it chased me down and killed me i released and saw the spirt rez person and i asked my brother what to do now that i died he told me to look at the mini map and run back to my body i did then i saw a place to get out of the starter zone i ran past it and out all the way to Orgrimmar i was amazed at the big city and all the buildings and all the lvl 70 everthing was so new to me that i started exploring that place and got a few times till the hearthstone out back the the starter place and now that im 85 and dont have that hunter any more i am sad that i know a lot and will never have that experience again
My favorite world of warcraft memory is when I was invited to a Onxyia raid at level 60 with 3 other Warlocks and after the boss was downed, the Nemesis Skullcap dropped. We all rolled on it and I won with a 97. They stopped talking to me in game after that because I wasn't in the guild and they thought I shouldn't have rolled on the loot. Then when some warlocks wanted to do the Dreadsteed quest, they asked around in warlock chat on our server, it was the same warlocks, well 2 of them from the raid, and I charged then 300 gold for the runs as I already had the items (to this day still).
The day I got my first kill on lich king. I was having a real cruddy day and was just trying to look for someway to cheer myself up.A friend of mine whispered me saying we need a dps for LK and I accepted, 2 wipes later, I got my first lk kill and made my day. I thank my friend for doing that and it became my favorite moment in wow . I just hope I have many more in the future content
What is your favorite memory from World of Warcraft and why?My favorite memory is a lvl 70 on my enhancement shaman with a 2h weapon doing arenas with my best friend. we both charged into the arena and i storm striked a ally shaman in the face and one shotted him and my friend charged a corpse ( he is a warrior btw). i have never done that again but it me and him yelled so loud my step dad came in and scared the crap outta us. but that was a once in a life time thing that happened to me and i will never forget it.
The defining moment I had on WoW was quite possibly my first successful raid boss tanking. I had been nervous and sweated the entire ordeal for the hour it took to assemble a pug, and when it went off without a hitch, the feeling of success was immensely gratifying.
My favorite memory was downing the Lich King after Cata came out. It was the first time I've ever been to LK. It was one of our many old content guild runs at that time.. I was on my holy Paladin, healing and we wiped a good 3 or 4 times. Then my boyfriend comes home from work and I asked him if he wanted to join because we needed some more dps. He agreed and joined us. After he joined us we downed him in one shot. Talk about a good luck charm. That is my most favorite memory in Wow because I've never got up to LK during Wotlk on any of my characters.
This is not a discrete event/memory, but I really enjoy that we play WoW as a family. We are using it to make memories together! We use WoW to teach our kids about playing cooperatively, about how to manage internet friendships, how to make money on the AH... WoW is actually a fun and (painless!) educational tool as well as a source of numerous in-jokes.But my first (favorite) memory is that moment when I realized I really liked the game - I mean, REALLY enjoyed it. You see, I was not raised around video games and although I toyed with a few over the years, they never really held my interest. But I always loved fantasy and creating complex worlds. I loved, and still love, reading fantasy books, comics, you name it. Playing WoW, for me, is like living the fantasy and the best part is sharing it with my family and friends, both IRL and online.
i've been playing wow since vanilla - since the days when taurens only got to ride kodos. of all the animals to ride, a large rhino-like animal was not my first choice. i heard rumours of a horse that could be obtained by killing a boss, but in those days i hadn't even heard of wowhead to confirm this. i hated the kodo and i dreamed of riding around on something prettier.then BC came out, and i discovered talbuks. "i MUST have one!" i RAN to nagrand only to get mauled at every turn. patiently, i levelled up, and then even more patiently, i would grind for rep dreaming of riding around on a white antelope-horse. when the day finally came, i cashed those ogre beads in, bought my talbuk and rode around for the next week with no destination.it was the beginning of my mount obsession, and now i'm working on my 82nd mount. but i'll always remember those days with my talbuk in nagrand. <3
My favorite moment was playing a game of tag with my friend, whether it be in Stormwind or Ironforge. Back then in 2005 I didn't really understand the game and mostly just goofed around with my friends. We would explore areas, go into horde areas and try not to get killed, level together (rarely), and best of all, play tag. It is my favorite memory because of how much joy it would bring me. We would talk on the phone as we played and it just brought so much joy to my heart. I would hide behind a box and we would have to tell eachother what district we were in. It was pretty easy to find the other when you got in the same room or area because you could see the name above their heads. But even though, it was still my best memory of my WoW experience.
