MY all time favorite time on WOW! :D i was a level 85 in all epic gear, hunter doing 26k dps, i was solo'ing molten core, and i was on a boss with 666k health. i died 4 times and was confused why his health never went down. then, it turns out after i ask my guild, you dont kill the stupid thing! >:-0 then, i throw my freaking computer ACROSS THE ROOM! /goes and picks up computer... i broke my computer. and here comes the best part, since i broke my computer, i got an excuse to get an alienware computer! :D that was the good part :D /loves alienware!
Getting my first flying mount, and flying around outland looking for somewhere to have a picnic in the twisting nether
My best memory:I was a lvl 43 mage, bored and tried to storm Stormwind all by myself. Ofc I got killed and when I released at graveyard there were 2 allies there - lvl 22 + 23. They attacked me and I nuked them, waited for them to ress and kept on polymorph / kill then again and again - and they kept releasing. Now the story could end here - but it doesn't!Later on one of the player made a horde char on same server - and it turned out, her nephew was in my guild - and she joined without knowing it was my guild until she saw my char online.Today - she and I are best friends and have met several times IRL, and still laugh together at the memory <3
My favorite moment was when my brother and his guild were running me Tempest Keep, and the Ashes of A'lar drop and im like "Yes!" And right as i was about to roll they said "Sorry you cant roll" and thats my favorite memory
What is your favorite memory from World of Warcraft and why?Easy question for me. The night that the AQ gates were opened and the masses of people (Alliance and Horde) that were there to witness. All the creatures that came through those gates to meet our raids was just crazy. Then again, we were able to down some of those mobs between the server crashes that seem to happen quite often that evening. This and the first time I was involved with killing Ragnaros are by far the most memorable times I have had playing WoW.
One of my most memorable moments was getting my Giant Chicken out of my mailbox, mounting up and running around like.. well... a headless chicken! If only he could fly.
I think the most happy wow moment ever for me was making my first toon. i was interested in blood elfs and hunter so i made a blood elf hunter named gpkcool still on the worldofwarcraft site but the acount is gone :(
My favorite memory would have to be first starting this game, it was the first MMORPG and computer game i had ever played, and the graphics, depth, and control amazed me, i loved working the functions and learning the game, and i loved beginning my new tauren druid although i had absolutely no idea what to do
My favorite memory in WoW is when I first made my first toon. He was a Troll Shaman and he kicked ass anywhere and everywhere, and he still does today. I'm looking forward to the Tier 12 gear in 4.2.
Favorite memory of WoW definitely has to be the large "if it's red it's dead" march that we had back on the server Dalaran around the time of Naxx's release. Alliance were starting in Silithus and walking to Orgrimmar and of course Horde were mounting the defense. It was like AQ opening 2.0 with the amount of people that joined in for the whole event.By the time we were coming up the ramp to Tanaris we were already experiencing server crashes because of the sheer amount of players from both sides that met there and began the battle of a lifetime. Eventually (between server crashes of course because I dare not say in the uptime as there was far more of the server crashing than there was uptime), there was a breakthrough in Tanaris and then: the Great Lift blockade appeared. Two or so hours further down the line (yeah, this event didn't just fizzle out; this was legit world PvP on a PvE server, no less) we saw the Alliance force overtake the Horde completely and whilst a number of people held off defenders outside of Orgrimmar a small task force known as Obscured Reasoning worked their way in and managed to assassinate Thrall.Good times, them. Really is the best memory I have in this game, front to back of all the time I've played it is the most memorable. The sheer giddiness of the people on vent as we managed to gather enough interest in server togetherness and crash the server was incredible. Yes, crashing the server wasn't the best part but it was an indicator of just how many people were interested in participating in an event like this. And it was amazing.
My favorite memory of wow would have to be the first day I played. I started a 10-day free trial after my friend invited me. I just saw the commercial for the night elf mo hawk, and so I started a night elf warrior. I was amazed by the graphics.(played runescape too long.) So the first thing i did was attacked the boar next too me. Then my friend found me and kept saying he was going to kill me, he didn't tell me he couldn't kill me, so i was freaking out. I ran up the path till I got to the first town, my friend logged out at this point, not accepting any quest I didn't know what do. So i wander off and found a pond, I jumped in it and i didn't know how to go up or down. I saw my breath going down and then the bar went away. I thought i was ok then, but then my heath started to go down. I started freaking out, I thought my friend had logged on another character and was invisible, killing me. So when I died I thought i couldn't play that character anymore. So I deleted him, And started a gnome mage!
