My favorite moment was at about level 25 on my main, a hunter. I realized I could actually use the flight points to head back to where I was questing after I hearthed to train. My mind was blown at how fast it was to go places after that. I had been running everywhere. I think it was possibly the noobest thing ever, but that moment is the one I look back on and get a goofy grin over whenever I hop a flight point.

My favorite memory in world of warcraft has to be when the Burning Crusade Expansion came out. The dungeons were challenging and fun but at the same time they were quite short so people didnt have to play hours to complete a dungeon. The raid that i most remember was karazan and zul amani were i first met my guild... Good times:)
One of my favourite memories is when I just started playing WoW on my warlock and my wife joined me as a priest. It was still Vanilla and we were doing the 10-day trial through a friend. I decided to duel her and she beat me, the first and only time that would happen, but it was great to see her enthusiastically learning to play the game that we both still play together years later.
Getting my first guild invite, 6 years later i'm still with em!<3 Fluffy Bunny Squad of Arathor!
I've only been playing for a little over a year and a half. So of course I missed out on alot of vanilla, BC, and Wrath events. In my guild I've mainly been trying to catch up to everyone else. So my favorite memories are when I got to be first at something. In my guild I was the first one the get a rare in Archaeology. And the first one to get to Professor. And I'm proud to say the first one to become exalted with my guild. And when I find that elusive Vial of the Sands recipe it will replace everything as my favorite memory.
My husband got me interested in WoW after he'd been playing it for about a year. We started out with Horde and I made an undead rogue. He was already close to 60 when I started but he spent a lot of time helping me learn the game (my first MMO). For some reason I had a real knack for making money and when I finally hit 60I already had my 1k saved up for my epic mount. My favorite memory is the look on my husband's face (IRL), seeing me ride up on my epic mount for the first time and saying "how the #$%^ did you get the money for that?" I just smiled at him and then traded him another 1k that I'd saved up for him, so he wouldn't have to ride behind me. That began a long tradition of me footing the bill for his bling - I became his sugar momma! :)
By far, my favorite memory from WoW has to be when I found wowhead and realized I could tab out to it in order to find pertinent game information. I remember acutely how much frustration I experienced before I knew I had a reference source outside the game. I used to spend hours on some of the most basic quest-related tasks pre-wowhead. But, once I had the capability, my patience-deficient brain was a happy brain!
My favorite memory in WoW was when I got my first mount, so very long ago. It was so relieving not having to run everywhere on foot, and I felt so accomplished.
My favorite memory from World of Warcraft. This is not an easy question to answer. I love leveling my characters learning to use new abilities, Working on my skills and reputations. But my favorite memory is when I got my What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been achievement.I t was fun completing each of the Holiday achievements and getting all the titles.I've enjoyed it so much I'm working on my third character for What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been and have even come to like the very challenging School of Hard Knocks.
Wayyy too many memories to even list my absolute favorite, but some things that stand out fondly were my first days playing the game. WoW was my first MMO, and the whole experience was absolutely memorable and amazing to me. Yeh, I was a little behind and started in early BC, but it was a great feeling nonetheless. I remember going to ZA before the instance was added and looking around cautiously, waiting for something terrible to happen to me. Making my way to Mulgore to level with my fiance was an exciting trip as well. My first trip to Orgrimmar, staring up as the expansive gates- I remember being filled with fear and awe. It's so funny when I look back at things, knowing what I know now, seeing how things have changed for better and for worse, and having loved every minute of it. I've since faction swapped, but I will never feel more at home anywhere as much as I do in Eversong Woods. I love to sit on the hills there and bask in the golden sun shining through the leaves. It is so serene and definitely one of the most relaxing areas in the game. The music reminds me of those first days playing as my hunter, I'll never forget them. Good stuff.
My favorite memory harks back to when twinking was still a big deal. I made a lot of lvl 29 twinks and was attempting to get two of the trinkets to wear that come from the Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn. Being very low level, I had a very hard time actually looting the chest without dying and some high level taking it. I logged my character out on the exact spot where the chest spawns after one particularly challenging battle. When the next chest appeared, I logged in while several people were fighting. Since I was right on the spot where the chest had spawned, a large part of my character was concealed by the chest, as I was standing in it. I was able to loot the chest without getting hit, and take the trinket. It was a triumphant moment for me.
Getting the Zulian Tiger a week before 4.0.3 Especially as it was just a random try after a raid one day. Hurray for being spontaneous.
