After 5.5 years with the company I'm about to be a senior product specialist for Sage Software, U.S. The offer letter is in process still. Until I have it in my hand, I'm technically still a senior support analyst, subject matter expert, and knowledge basic review specialist
What does that mean?
For now, I provide technical assistance to external customers on inbound calls, handle critical escalation issues from key customers, act as a primary resource of training and information for other analysts, and review articles in our knowledge base for technical accuracy.

Because people tend to hate advertising... My job is to make sure you guys see it >.<
I used to work in a marketing team. People loved that fact after I told them what I did, because my job was essentially to trawl through data and find the people who'd actually want the banking stuff we were advertising, and so that the bank would only advertise to them.
I'm actually on duty lol. I always do my forum browsing during the downtime I have at work.
Lol! I'll keep that in mind =P

I pay for my own subscription. I work at a Cancer center where I am the Chemotherapy Technician, finishing up a little bit more work to become a full fledged Pharmacist. What I do there is pretty easy, I fill IVs with Chemo. However it can be risky because if my protection gets loose and if for some reason the Chemo leaks out and gets on my skin itll kill that entire area of muscle and tissues. Seen it happen when I first started but worse, women was preparing to inject the chemo in the IV and she slips and freaking stabs herself in the leg with the needle, her leg from kneecap down was all black and blue and took like 6mths for everything to restore itself.

Where do you work, how long have you been there, and what do you do there?
I am a professional quilter. I take other people's quilt tops, combine them with batting (fluff) and a backing and draw all over it with a big sewing machine.
What I do there:
-->
I load the quilting machine and operate it. I work on a "private contractor" basis where the family business takes in the work and handles the billing, I just do the labor and charge the business.
-->
I send out the newsletters for the family business that works alongside my quilting, a quilt shop (selling fabric, machines, and all sorts of doodads for quilters as well as threads and yarns.
-->
I build and maintain the website for the business. I'm really not good at this part and the site is very basic because I'd forgotten every bit of html I'd learned in school....still the other candidates are my grandmother who can't find her internet explorer button and my dad who still doesn't remember how to send email so....yea...
-->
I get to go collect some ribbons along with the quiltmakers when they win at quilt shows :D

Plant nursery? That was my very first job, got it the day after I turned 15.

Nope. Just tend for a friend's dad's office buildings.

The work itself is ok, it really depends on what kind of quilt I'm doing...I like ones that let me turn on my artist side. Working with family for me SUCKS and I hate that part of it, but it comes with the bonus perks of being able to take kid to work and schedule work whenever I want so they balance out.
I wish to goodness they'd hire a real website builder/maintainer and newsletter mailer though. I'm working on that right now and the email client is being a little murloc and as usual half the list has changed their email so I have to change the mailing list and still get mailer demon mail.
If I could quit right now I would (mainly because I have a little one in the house that takes alot of my time and energy), but when it's family you can't just quit or look for another job without lotsa dramaz. I wouldn't trade it for a job in retail or food service though.

As i approach 16 years of age, I usually get my money to pay for wow by working for it by chores, birthday money, or whatever i find on the streets. ( trust me, i found a 20 dollar bill on the floor. )

Ah, that's where my twenty dollars went.
If you could over night that in an un-marked envelope to 1337 Awesome St, Awesome City, California, 13377 - that would be great. Thanks.

I help maintain & upgrade the web site for the local university... Which is nice, as previously I was an out of work freelance graphic designer who couldn't land a job where the client didn't try to cut & run with my money.
I get to browse through our HTML and make
tsk
&
hmm
noises when I see sloppy code.
I fiddle around with the images and make the look better (when will people stop using JPGs?).
I complain about how the IT guys won't give me a straight answer on how to get set up, and instead assume I'm a brainless moron like the rest of the staff.
And in my free time, I go about and design websites, flash widgets, and all kinds of random crap for anyone who comes to me with money and an idea.

Not terribly exciting. I work in a bar and have been there for...6 years? I think. Might be 7 years, or going on for 7. I don't like to think about it too much >.>
What do I do there? Aside from gettin' beer out of the tap and into the glass, you mean?
We don't have supervisors and seperate pay grades or anything like that, just boss and employees. But I'm responsible for keeping an eye on things when the boss isn't around (by virtue of being the longest-standing employee, yay me) and basically doing a supervisor's job...but without the pay or formal responsibilities.
Edit: Honestly, the most drama we ever get is if someone forgets to clean the drip trays on the bar we don't use that often. Believe me...half-full drip trays that have been sitting on a closed bar for three weeks can be pretty dramatic -.-
I'd like to do something (pretty much anything) else, but 'circumstances are not favourable' currently...and aren't likely to be for a while yet. Ho hum.
