Glory of the Icecrown Raider. Completed the achievement with a mostly undergeared group of half-new recruits and part-timers a few weeks after the guild leader and 3 (of the 4) guild officers hopped server. Managed to get 7 or 8 members of the group the drake before Cata launched. Hope their post 4.0 Light of Dawn was worth it.
Why? Because It's Red Why? Becase Red is faster* and to prove it I make my guildies hop onto vent everytime we enter the zone so I can make my vroooooooooom sounds when I over take them. *disclaimer: red isn't really faster but I refuse to face the facts.
I loved getting the Glory of the Icecrown Raider achievement, because it was just a ton of fun to do. It was also quite challenging to do at the time, and not to mention the awesome looking mount!
My favorite achivement will have to be "friend or fowl" or "bounce" just a fun little thing to do along the way of grinding out the levels.
I would say How far can you fall, cause its always like oh noes im gonna die! oh no.. i got a achievemnt. yeah
My favorite achievement would be Herald of the Titans. We managed to get it shortly before Cataclysm as only hordeguild on the server, so I'm kinda proud of it ;)
Probably . I got it in just over my first year of playing, the only thing that stopped me from getting it sooner was not being level 80 yet for my first Children's Week. I felt really good when I got it because it takes a lot of skill and effort over the course of an entire year, and a lot of people either can't or won't dedicate the time or effort to it. Also, I love the proto-drake model and the violet was the first one I got on my main.
I'm most proud of being able to get my legit Scarab Lord back in classic. It's not only a very rare achievement but completing the whole quest line and a whole server working together to open the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj was just great.I think I'll never forget the actual opening at around 3:00 pm on a saturday. Sooooo many people in one place, waiting for one single person - myself. Oh yeah, sure, the server crashed multiple times before I actually got the chance to Bang a Gong!. That event was really fun and built on a completely different community compared to today. There were loads of people who got absolutely nothing from it but just wanted to see what happened and be a part of it. Great! Now if only I'd play that character a bit more, but she's been neglected since the beginning of the Burning Crusade. :(Well, at least I got Veteran of the Shifting Sands on my current main character...
