I think my favorite zone in game right now is the new Mount Hyjal. The questing atmosphere is awesome and I like that it's not a linear zone.
Karazhan, the music and the atmosphere... epic.
Vashj'ir, i really loved the underwater theme, the questing and the fact it was so full of life...
My Favorite Zone would have to Be Sholazar Basin, i love the jungle environment and the quests are fun with many follow ups, and i dont know if im the only one that does this, but when i am out there on any toon, i turn down all the other game sounds and turn up the music for that zone, its very relaxing!
I would have to say my favorite zone is Shadowmoon Valley.I like the darkness about it and all the demons and black temple! also its cool because of the Nether mounts!

Howling Fjord is my absolute favorite zone to quest in, fly around farming in, and just all around afk in just so that I can listen to the background music. It's the first place that you see in the Wrath expansion the absolute corrupting power of the undead... I mean, the forsaken. Yes, for we are all free of the Lich King's power and we have no reason to join the forces of mortals simply to spy on them for our true master...The questing flows naturally from hub to hub, and throughout is the music and landscape that reminds me of my trip to Ireland back when I was a child. The whole feel of the area is just relaxing, and as I level each new alt I can never wait to once again step into the lands of the Vrykul. Also, please disregard my words at the beginning of this comment. I in no way support the Dread Lord of the Wastes. Now, if you don't mind, I have to go take a gander at the forward deployment of the horde forces. Purely for personal curiosity, of course.
My favorite Zone would have to be Vash'ir. Not only is it pretty innovative to have a whole zone underwater, I loved the environment. the music was my favorite of the whole expansion by far. Not too mention the lore in the zone especially with the Naga was quite interesting.I also have to mention that I got to ride a seahorse, all my girlhood mermaid dreams come true :)
Without a shadow of doubt Kara is my favorite zone. Not only was it my first raiding experience, but its sheer size and pleasent looks are amazing. The very concept of a broken mage tower is awesome. (A close secod would be Darkshore)
Plaguelands, that's just it, as a paladin, with all undeads, at low lvl used to do parties there, i swear! holy wrath and exorcism where only usable there, more or less :P lots of unded, scarlet crusade questlines, scholomance and stratholme, epic gear to farm for, a hint of troll and elves in the northern eastern plaguelands, and earthglen!
Twilight Highlands: Perfect mixture of beautiful landscapes and encroaching malformity makes me want to fight the evil that has beset this once peaceful place. It really stirs up the Azerothian spirit to defend against and push back the Old Gods and their disciples.
Hmm.. tough pick! I am not a huge fan of Kalimdor nor Eastern Kingdom, though some of the zones there are pretty nice (i.e.: Stranglethorn Vale). Nagrand is nice, Sholazar Basin and Deepholm.Yeah, let's go with Sholazar Basin. It's a nice place to relax and quest. The music is very peaceful as well as the ambiance in general. I like these jungle looking zones. I used to listen to the music alone sometimes, even in other zones!
silithus. Even though i missed classic wow, i still like it because of the lore, and it does also look kinda cool :D
The good old Silverpine, i loved the look of that zone, and it had too a nice internal lore, that with cataclysm has been increased.
