Nagrand. When I leveled my first character, I was recruited by a friend of mine and when we reached level 64 he said to me "come, let's change zone, you're gonna like it" and he brought me to Nagrand. He was indeed right. The place is amazing, I like how it seems quiet and peacefully, I like the sky, the floating rocks, the fauna and the flora, the rivers and the lakes. It's overall a pretty good place for a fantasy world.I also like its center, Halaa, which it took me a bit to understand how it works :P (having started playing during wrath, it was always almost desert), but it must have been a great place to pvp during the burning crusade. And of course, there is the quest line about the Draenor orcs and Garrosh which ends with Thrall coming back visiting his grandmother that I really appreciated. (I don't know if there is a counterpart for the Kurenai too, don't have any high level Alliance character).
I'm gonna go with Blasted lands, as cause one: It was the entry point onto WoWs first expansion with the Dark Portal opening up for TBC.. and two: Cause it had one of the most epic questlines(in my opinion) ever.. the "I am Raz'lihk, Demon (not sure if it's named right ^^) " :)Ps, i ment Pre-shattering :)
Stonetalon Mountains after the Shattering, with the epic quest line it's my favorite zone by far :D

My favourite zone is Dark Shore (pre-cataclysm). My first character was a Night Elf and I spent many hours in Dark Shore running back and forth questing and, as such, I fell in love with the area. It really gave a good feel for what it was to be a Night Elf, it was so atmospheric and almost creepy in places.
That's a tough question!Pre-Cata, I would have to say it was the Eastern Plaguelands. The place where humanities wayward son fell to the dark? Yes, please! Stratholme will always remain one of my most favourite dungeons, even with the Cata changes. However, I'd have to say my new favourite zone is Mount Hyjal. I literally squealed when Jarod Shadowsong made his appearance in game, heh. It's also lovely, especially with Nightsong looping in the background.
my favorite zone was by far the eastern plaguelands, since my main is a paladin the trill of blazing trough thousands of weak mindless undeads was just awsome. in adition, eastern plaguelands hold Stratholme and that holds the best mount of whole World of Warcraft, Deathcharger's Reins
Hellfire peninsula. Because of the feel that you get the first time you enter, seeing a brand new , alien world. The legion attacking Mercilessly, the space over your head, the feeling of adventures anew. Just amazing.
Dun Morogh has to be my favorite because it has Brewfest, one of my favorite WoW holidays.
I'd say it's a toss-up between Storm Peaks and Vashj'ir. I just really enjoy the feel of both, even though I typically hate questing under water.
Silverpine Forest, post-Shattering. I created a Forsaken character to check out the new changes immediately after the Shattering, and this was the first place that made me go "Oh wow, they've stepped up their game."
My favorite zone is Winterspring. Its so pretty there. And there was that hot time in a cave!
I really like Deepholm. I think the color scheme is fantastic.
Finally I can find a place to talk about a zone that has taken a very important part of my WoW life...Karazhan.I love this place with such a passion... the epic lore behind it, the architecture of the entire place, the atmosphere as a whole, the loot (and I have to point out the most epic mount ever made for Warlocks, even better on my Orc lock), and of course, the truly masterpiece that is the music, for anyone who hasn't been there, or at least, with music on, you DO NEED to go there and experience it yourself. If you appreciate good music, you will like it ;-).As a raid, the design is outstanding, the opera, the chess event, the way you progress through the raid, it just makes for an awesome raiding time, after so many runs in BC, fiery mount farms, and such, I still can't get enough of it. I've even rolled a 70 alt just to go through it again with a BC guild some time ago. Also as a guild leader, all guild meetings (that being, the moment where we discuss with the entire guild matters we think everyone should have a voice, which I do on a certain place in-game in order for new members to show at least proof of commitment) and "parties" (we usually roleplayed RL/non-RL birthday parties, and weddings for the lulz) I held were there. It's just unbelievably fitting for so many things!.Last but not least, being owner of the Atiesh, with a HS set on Orgrimmar, if I want to kill some time before a raid, I sometimes port there for the lulz :).
Nagrand, because it's so beautiful, especially when flying! ;-)
