I love Sholazar Basin... especially the streams and the goddess!
Vash'jir, by far and away. The entire zone (continent?) is just breathtakingly beautiful, the questlines are fun and interesting, and the immersion factor (no pun intended) is second to none. While questing through this zone, the world around me just disappears. Blizzard really outdid themselves with this one.
The best zone by far has to be Uldum. The Harrison Jones quest line is a stroke of Blizzard genius. The beauty of ancient Egypt in a modern game has to be at the forefront of game design.
My favorite zone is definitely Zangarmarsh, this zone blew my mind when i first saw it. Realy a beutiful place.I am also a big lore fan and i remember that i was realy itching to see that place the first time.
ma favorite zone is scholazar cause its pretty and theres flowers
I've always been a fan of Roger Dean's artwork on many of Yes's album covers. The first time I prowled into Nagrand I was spellbound. I still go back and fly around just to marvel at the fantastic vistas!
Of the vanilla areas the one closest to my heart was easily the Ungoro Crater. Just loved that in the wilds feel with dinosaurs thrown in the mix.
My new favorite zone has been Silverpine Forest ever since I leveled an undead rogue in there in 4.0. The storytelling is just epic, with a few twists and turns. It has cool quests and there's an epic feel to the zone althogether, even though it's only lvl 10-20
Uldum, such intense music with the perfect atmosphere and style. Uldum with it's desert winds and camels!
My favourite zone was Azshara pre shattering. It was always quiet and had beautiful scenery. Although it still retains a lot of it's natural beauty now, it just isn't the same anymore. I think I liked it because it reminded me of the countryside where I live.
My favorite zone must be Stranglethorn Vale even though i got ganked a lot while lvling there. I love the djungle and there was lots of pets to tame for my hunter in TBC and Wrath+the Hemet Nesingwary quest chains made it even more awsome (not the page gathering ones).
