Nagrand remains my favorite zone to this day. I still remember setting foot there back in BC and being in awe of the scenic landscape and sweeping soundtrack. Those things combined with giant mobs, ogres, some decent pvp back in the day, and the Ring of Blood made this zone one-of-a-kind.

I recently started to camp out in Storm Peaks, looking for the TLPD, and it has made me realise just what a beautiful zone it is.The thing I love about is just how many different layers there is to it, and while it made questing a bit more difficult, it also made it interesting.
I think Un'Goro Crater is one of the most beautiful places in WoW, because of tropic nature, and good looking dinosaurs.
Zangarmash it's so beutiful and great big creatures with naga and much water. i am myself a fan of water:).but i really like is that as a hunter you can have many pets there. and blizzard should make more often zones like to this to make azeroth nicer.the music is great to and ofcourse it breaks through me that there is a nice blue place in the outlands.
I love Uldum, hilarious quests lines, specially those about Harrison Jones, and the best quest ever: kill 1000 gnomes, reminds me to that scene from The Big Lebowsky when he's high and feels like de bowling ball xDDD. Not to mention how I hate gnomes rogues as a horde warlock xDD
My favorite zone is Shadowmoon Valley because of the lore and the landscape :)
My favorite zone is nagrand because i saw the old garrosh got my albino drake there and it just looks awesome ;o
My favourite zone is probably Sholazar Basin. It has lots of lore surrounding it, beautiful Titan architecture, the cute little Oracles and Frenzyheart, as well as just being a beautiful zone with amazing music.
My favorite zone is Icecrown. Has some of the most memorable quest chains, period. Talking to every major force of good to save one crusader's life? Amazing. There wasn't a dry eye after that quest, I bet
I think out of all the zones I've played, having brought every class to level 70 or higher, my favorite zone had to be the Searing Gorge (pre-Cata). The amount of lore development, dungeon access, and questing available in this area was fantastic, and there was a tremendous amount of time to be wasted wandering the zone looking for easter eggs and just having an adventure. I probably spent more time in this area (and nearby dungeon BRD) than I did anywhere else, not counting raids. This zone really gave first-time players a lot to enjoy! Also, the mining from this zone was quite lucrative; helped me get my epic mount quest done at 60 :)
Hellfire Peninsula believe it or not. While it's never going to be the prettiest zone, or the best designed I still remember that amazing feeling after stepping through the Dark Portal and my first impression of Outland as this scorched, ruined place.
Duskwood by far. So dark and spooky, along with a great few stories that play out there and the NPCs involved. The Embalmer, Commander Althea Ebonlock (hotty lol), Sven Yorgen (poor guy), Stalvan Mistmantle, Morgan Ladimore (keep the book) and of course the great and powerful idiot of them all.....Jitters! Love him so lol. Anyway, NPCs aside, the place itself is beautifully dark and creepy and truly feels isolated from help. It really does feel surrounded by evil and darkness all the time. You really do feel for the people stuck in this horrid place, too. The music is equally dark and scary and fits perfectly with the theme of the zone at all times, and the theme for Darkshire is absolutely beautiful, as well. I still go here from time to time to "visit" the small town and listen to the music. Visit Darkshire when it's raining and just take it all in. Every single torch stands out like a candle in the night, and the hopes and faith of the poor folk is all that keeps them safe in that cursed land. I love it :)
I would have to say that my favorite zone is Winterspring because of the overall feeling you get going through that zone, I seem to find myself going back there to look at how the snow looks scattered on the ground, killing the ice giants for no reason, just because they look amazing, and looking at the ice that Blizzard always does a great job with. It captivated me from the very instant I came through that cave and saw a land of snow and ice. The incorperation of the goblins, even though now since i am hated with Ratchet and Booty Bay they kill me every time i fly there from a flight point. Even now at level 85 it is still my favorite zone and that will probably never change.
Teldrassil. My first character was a night elf and every time I go there I am reminded of my first step into an epic, new world. I love the architecture and music. I also really like Southshore, my brother and I used to play hide and seek in the buildings, I was very sad to see it after Cataclysm...
The barrens is my choise. I really like that savanah design, hunting wild animals, bristlebacks and dopnt forget the pirates :D
