Zangarmarsh was my favorite zone. Very pretty and a lot of shrooms. <.<
Un'goro is just a fun zone. Fun visuals, fun quest lines. and suddenly being chased by a t-rex really makes my day.
I also like the Ashenvale area where that volcano came out in the middle. Finally, it's not all green anymore.
Well, my favorite zone isn't as clear cut as my choice of tier gear. If raid instances count towards the question, it would have to be Blackwing Lair. It's a very well designed instance, each fight is enjoyable & challenging. Also, it drops my beloved Tier 2. If raid instances aren't a viable choice for the question it would have to be Burning Steppes (pre Cat). I have spent SO much time there farming Thorium & Dark Iron I could probably do my farming path in my sleep. A good number of those farming hours were waiting for MC & BWL. All around good times.
Grizzly Hills - I love the music, the quests, and the best pet ever comes from there :Arcturis.

I certainly loved Azshara before cata hit. It was such a vast zone with something to find around every water way inlet. I still remember finding the old ship wreck crew and defending them from pirates. Or that old NE with the demon band over his eyes in the caves. I always wished for that pvp cave/hill area would become something, but alas all that came of that was fallen leaves. ;)
Westfall; before and after. As an Alliance player, one of the best lore zones in the game. Deadmines is just epic.
I really enjoy Grizzly Hills. I like the frontier feel to it, and I find the music very calming.
Gilneas, because i love the Worgen race and the quest chain there and i really love the music there.
With the new Cataclysm zones, my favorite is Deepholm. With all the crystals everywhere, I feel I've taken a trip to the center of the Earth, so beautiful.
My favorite zone is undoubtedly the old Westfall. I'm not sure why exactly. I should hate it. It was zone where I was introduced to the less savory aspects of the WoW community, and it was the zone that made me seriously reconsider being a squishy (seriously how many times did I die to the same defias?) It was also the zone that where I first started enjoying this game. I had my first group here, learned what an alt was, and got to see the inside of an instance. Man was it fun!
Elwynn Forest. Simply because I have grown accustomed to where everything is over the years. Now, today, questing is 100% easier while in Elwynn.
I still for for sheer amazing artwork Vash'jir is my favorite. It left me going WOW. I hate questing there, and I hate swimming, but the zone looks amazing.
The Storm Peaks. The lore with it - Ulduar - and Time Lost make it an absolute joy. The titan questline, the questline between the brothers, the Sons of Hodir, it is all so fulfilling. It has fun quests (the quest with the women, mostly), as well as serious (the quests with the Sons of Hodir). Rare pets (skoll), rare mounts, an achievement, a gorgeous raid, what is there not to love?
Definitely Uldum. The quests and cutscenes are SO much fun!
