I think my favorite zone would be Zangarmarsh. I love the cool color pallet, the giant mushrooms and other bizarre plant life. It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.

Deepholm, hands down! The look is great and the rock pillars that explode and reform = "Amazing"!
I'm hard-pressed to decide on a favorite zone, especially after Cataclysm. Many of them have so many pros and cons, epic quests and hateful quests, awesome areas and terrible areas. If I had to choose just one, though, it would probably have to be Westfall. For so many players, it was the first epic storyline we came across - the People's Militia against the Defias Brotherhood. For many of us, it was the first time we'd become enraptured in a storyline that spanned more than one map (the quest to find the Collector begins in Elwynn). Since Cataclysm, it's only become more epic with the opening quest chain starting with a murder mystery and leading into the revival of the Defias. Westfall is the zone that shows us what Blizzard's storytellers are capable of.
Nagrand. Amazing landscape with floating islands makes me love this location. Throne of the Elements is symbolic place for all who wants to find harmony with nature. It's really nice to fly to Nagrand and relax watching at it's impressive environment.
I always liked Netherstorm, for the Kaylann quest line. It was interesting to see a bit of tension in the Aldor.
Nagrand is my favorite zone because me and my gf go to the floating islands and just chat while looking at all the beauty in the zone
My favorite zone is Darkshore. It was a memorable zone for me. It was where me and my friends hanged out when I first played the game (Having started with a Night Elf character) and we did lots of stuff there for fun. I could still remember when we went out for "camping" in the beach, and a friend pulled a Thresher and claimed it to be his pet. We laughed at his expense due to the suggestive way the Thresher was attacking him.I really felt very upset when Deathwing bombed Auberdine and it really felt personal, being the first zone that I had fun playing with my friends. It had some kind of sentimental value, I guess. I've never felt anything like that from other zones.
Another Nooby Hunter Tale from Moose! Years ago Azeroth was a land filled with mystery and danger and none was as dangerous as Silithus. Silithus was hated and despised my most but I loved it it made me feel like a hero these giant insects didn't know fear never tasted defeat. Every one I slayed increased the chance of Azeroth's survival. The hives long and intertwining were a maze and would trap the Hearthless and kill the brash. With my mighty Winterspring saber Moonclaw at my side I braved them all fighting for my life, my home, my future. The supplies were gathered due to great effort on both sides the forces prepared as the the brave Adventurers completed the mighty relic that would open the long sealed gates of the insect capital. When the grand day came it came without warning. Heroes rushed to Silithus like never before! On that Desert we fought, on that Desert we bled, on that desert of Silithus we... were Victorius.
I think, based on aesthetics alone, my favorite zone is Nagrand. It's really quite beautiful. The rivers and rolling hills spread out peacefully into the distance underneath waterfalls spilling down from the islands that lazily dot the sky.
My favorite zone is Azshara, and that is because it currently looks like the horde symbol. FOR THE HORDE!
Duskwood is my favourite zone if I had to think it over. The place really reeks darkness and death, so then you walk around the roads you do look over your shoulder. The quests are perhaps not the most epic in wow, but they are still fun to do and you get involved in the fates of Duskwood's citizen. The details in the zone are also really well done. Who can forget those blinking eyes in the shrubs and bushes at the roads, the mysterious tomb at the north and the various enemies in the zone. Whenever I make a character, I always take a trip to Duskwood. Does not matter they are horde, it is still worth just being there for a few levels until you realise you gotta move on and sighs of disappointment. The Shattering updated the place and made it even better! Now we get a new Q hub at raven hill graveyard, more concentrated with Q and Q objectives, instead of it being a bit too spreaded out.So if you are out there, take a stop by Duskwood take in the gloom and then move on with a greater spirit to fight Deathwing.
My favorite zone is Howling Fjord because I enjoy listening to the zone music and it was the first WotLK zone I completed.
Eastern Plaguelands, Stratholme especially for all the quests from Argent Dawn, the place housed me for a long time on lv 60, I completed all the quests and it was fun, had a quest that needed to be done in raid, very cool, I called together all my friends in order to complete, very funny.
