My favorite zone for questing would have to be Twilight Highlands, great questing + plenty of good lore. For beauty, I would defintely say Vash'jir, amazing colors and very unique style.
My favorite zone would have to be Azshara after Cataclysm hit. The goblin vibe is awesome, as well as the inspiring music that came with them. Castaways is my favorite goblin-esque song. The questlines out there are intriguing, and they keep making me want to do one more quest, even though bedtime was two hours ago. From talking dinosaurs, to rockets and explosions around every corner; the goblins have turned Azshara into one amazing place.
Gilneas, the Worgen starting area. One word, Tophats.

Zangarmarsh definitely.I used to just sit in that zone to relax, or when I went to fall asleep because of the Diablo 2 music that would play.Loved it, still do.
My favorite zone would have be Winterspring. I'm a cat person, and Frostsaber Rock is a place I like just chilling at.
My favorite zone is Ashenvale, pre-Cataclysm. It's still a good zone now, but there are more Orcs and they made everything ugly towards the eastern end. I love all the colors and the music for the zone.
Favorite zone is Grizzly Hills. Love the look, the atmosphere and the music matches it perfectly.
Stranglethorn Vale. The first zone i entered that had personality, it had all the wildlife, the camps, the quests, treasure, pvp. Entering Booty Bay for the first time was pretty damn good, plus the first experience of the Goblins. And, being alliance, the first time i saw a Zepp which the horde used to travel. Entering this zone for the first time had adventure, even running on the path wasn't always safe. And lets face it, back before TBC you didn't want to get lost here when alone.Plus, who can forget the pages quest. all those pages! i'm willing to bet everyone who did it, remembers that quest. how many other quests at low level have that effect?
I love the skies in Outland, but Nagrand would have to be my favorite. It's so peaceful and pretty.
My favorite zone would have to be Stranglethorn Vale (prior to the Shattering), the zone had everything you could need and many things you don't.It was a place one could level a toon from 30 to your high 40s, have a quick way back to Orgrimmar, a bank at the far south, an inn, FP, and mailbox in the middle and far south, and lot of trolls.... in the landscape and general chat. The place was beautiful with jungles, beaches, and ruins. It even contained one of the few raids I always enjoyed visiting time and time again, ZG.
N'goro goro crater! I would like to visit the real one in Africa with it's tiny ecosystems and yours is equally symbiotic.
My favorite zone now? Defiantly azshara because it's got an awesome rocket ride going all around the zone, best part: free achievement
Icecrown Citadel: Halls of Reflection. Sylvanas give the quest "Wrath of the Lich King" and we make the epic escape... We're Not Retreating; We're Advancing in a Different Direction!
My favourite would have to be Zul'farrak (during Vanilla) being the only instance you can ride your mount around in was great for when I was 40, not to mention the epic mechanics of the stair fight.Plus its pretty
Although I'm very fond of the old Barrens (and infamous lolable barrens-chat ;) ) my fav zone is probably Nagrand. There shouldn't be a question why. I mean just LOOK at this zone. Gorgeous scenery with green blue and purple, waterfalls from the sky, healthy animals on grasslands, Halaa (!), elemental Throne (loved its competitive farming), wonderous music.... Love it so much.
