rogue tier 1 by far ..it had the wickedest chestpiece
Kind of a tie between the VERY bright Hunter T2 Dragonstalker set, because of the hot pinks and purples, and the Hunter T5 Rift Stalker set (which was a very bright blue), because of the pet healing bonus.
Paladin Teir 1 Lawbringer - http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=208#screenshots:id=168758http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=208#screenshots:id=12020It's my favorite because it says I'm stylish and sexy but still holy and powerful all in one set. Holysaintly; godly; pious; devout: Paladinhaving a spiritually pure quality: Paladinentitled to worship or veneration as or as if sacred: Your healer, the Holy Paladin. inspiring fear, awe, or grave distress: The Paladin, when angry, is a holy terror.
Pally T1. You can't beat banana shoulders
Warlock T5 FTW (hopefully)! It really grasped the essence of the warlock class. It was demonic looking but still looked flattering on my orc female :)
Druid T6. It looked the best by far on a female tauren, especially on Reigns of the Raven Lord.
I loved the t10 shaman armor. Mainly because it was the first tier that I earned from raiding and the looks didn't hurt either. I thought most of the t10 armor was just awesome, it had a look that said "i'm gearing up to save the world from a crazy possessed former paladin" haha.
Warlock Tier 5 gear. I think it was probably one of the best-designed tier sets ever, and it fits very well with the theme of Burning Crusade as a general. That, and Blizz seems like they really enjoyed that set, too (it's been re-used a few times on NPCs).
All of the death knights sets they are just awesome!I loved the tier 8 oh and also the tier 9 oh and the tier... I LOVED ALL OF THEM!

I liked the Priest T6 the most, because it was the last set with a full 8 pieces, and it looked amazingly awesome on my shadow priest. Throw in the staff from bloodboil and oh man it was sweet looking.
Paladin T2. It has that Inquisitor look that just really fits part of the Paladin playstyle. (Though, ironically, Ret was very uncommon at the time.)
I miss good old Mage Tier 1, it was always satisfying to actually get a full set, and I just thought it looked fitting for a Mage.
Savage Gladiator's Vindication and Judgement are amazing looks for paladins, opposite ends fo the spectrum between full battle worn plate and formal armor. In fact T2 had very few failures and even then it was more a matter of taste (priest) you still looked like a priest.
Definitely the Warlord's Aegis set for paladins. Accompanied with the Blood Knight tabard and shield, you earn yourself the definition of "Blood Knight", one of the most overused names for Death Knights now.
Really loved Druid's Tier 4 armor, looked absolutely amazing, suited each spec and the colour scheme was a nice change for druids. But the most important thing about this set was that I could run around with my whole tabard on display because it didn't have a robe. I miss those days.
Warrior's Dreadnaught Tier (T3) because I think it looks better then any other Tier Blizzard has ever designed and it is not obtainable anymore.
My absolute favorite is the Lightbringer Armor tier set(t6 paladin), because it gives out the look of a Protector of the light and it fits perfectly on all of the paladin specs. the beaming light from the shoulders and helmet/tiara is enough to light up any poor homeless man's heart in the presence of the paladin... but thats just my two cents.
