Without a doubt, I'd have to go for the Ymirjar Lord's Battlegear. It's got a nice clean, crisp look to it while really capturing the feel of the warrior class in a set of armor. Not too fond of the WWE style belts, but it is what it is.
My favorite set was The Ten Storms for shaman. I started raiding in MC, but The Ten Storms was the first full-set I aquired. Pure electrified awesomeness.
Warrior T6, thats the badass TBC BT/Hyjal set which looked HEAVY, it looked like it will protect you in the middle of all kinds of sharp objects. It had no stupid shoulderpads or ornaments, just pure badassness.
T6 Warrior was fantastic - the whole idea of people knowing you were just gonna grind them into dust just by seeing you was fantastic.
Vestments of Transcendence Priest Tier 2 set, was the only Set I was able to complete, I've since given up raiding. The last piece was from Nefarian:Robes of Transcendence (Chest) while I no longer have the set, I do still have my staff Anathema. And it looked pretty good on a NE female Priest. It was the 40 man raids that I think makes it most memorable, because when it came to loot there were so many people.
I've always been fond of outland tiers. They never again made anything as unbeliavably out of warcraft since that.. But most favorite set must be the t6.Always loved the look of the shaman set, all blue and kick ass. They were spiky, glowed light blue and looked very good on orc male. Plus the set came with kilt. Also loved the priest t6, they should had brought that cowl design back in future expansions. Sick and tired of those ugly hoods that make you look like a baby. Me wants bad ass eye-covering epic hoods. And not just for clothies.
This being my first year in World of Warcraft I have not see that many full sets of Tier Gear, however I got the full set of Tier 1 gear for my Orc Warrior. It may not be the best looking gear I have ever gotten, and it may not have the best stats, but when I see it and think about all the late nights I spent getting it, it makes me feel good inside.
I'm all in favor of the hunter tier 7. But not because of it's looks (there are better candidates for that) but because it represents my first steps into the raiding scene. It is the first real set I was to collect. Never stopped raiding since, so Hunter T7 was to start to my current reason, raiding, I still play wow.
The warlock T3 was the one that was by far the most amazing. I would so love to have it, but this opportunity is not given to me. :PAlso the darker recolors from T7 didn't really work out.
Paladin t6, I thought I'd never raid again and when the set came out I HAD TO HAVE IT, so I did arena and t6 raids for the pink AND blue sets. :<
Tier 5 due to how the pieces look on Rogue. The mask and shoulders do it for me. They look great.
