I Personally like the teir 3 mage gear. because you have glaciers on your shoulders!
Well for looks I like the Mage Tier 11 and 5. But for the stats It would have to be the new gear that is coming out. Tier 11 because we look bad ass and we can smash people that are doing the Double Dream Feet dance while Yelling WINNING!.
Jeez so many to choose from but I guess if i had to choose 1 it would be Warlock T6. I always like Paladin T2 too

I always loved Valorous Nightsong Battlegear. It was very "Druidy", big old gardening gloves, the "moon pendant" helm and the fantastic shoulders with their animation. The itemisation was perfect and the set bonuses were excellent for Tanking and DPS.
i have to say either holy paladin tier 9 (http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=876#.) cause my main looked badass lol or the warlock tier 10 (http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=-229#.) cause it reminds of the final fantasy black magic guy just darker.
Hunter Tier 0.5 (Beastmaster)As an old timer (i.e. vanilla player) who never got to raid except a few PUG attempts at MC (read: failures...you didn't PUG MC back then) and later ZG/AQ20, this was the first set I completed. The fact that it looks awesome is gravy, along with it being one of the few sets that worked very well with my favorite spec (Beastmaster, of course). Pinchy (Scorpid) wrecked many a gnome mage's hopes and dreams while I wore this set.
Absolutely has to be the Sanctified Frost Witch's Garb, which was the Shaman T10 (25-man specifically): Sanctified Frost Witch's GarbI felt the set captured both the expansion and the class really well. A lot of the gear in LK was sort of rough, rocks-strapped-to-a-stick sort of style, and the Frost Witch's gear went the same direction with the very rawhide and bone textures. It *looked* like something a Shaman living in a cave in Storm Peaks would be wearing. It even incorporated local wildlife in both the helm shape and the shoveltusk spirits that would burst from the shoulders. The brown/red recolors were ok, but I felt like the icicles on the silver version were an especially nice touch. I loved me them icicles.
Deathknight T11 (Magma Plated Battlearmor) best looking set so far!, i think this is even better thn the new T12 sets, everytime i look at this set i think that im being watched from all angles.
Tirisfal Regalia is my favorite, mostly because I never got it. Back when I started playing WoW, I rolled up a Blood Elf Mage, and when I finally hit 70 (10 months later =) this was the set that I wanted. Mostly it was because of the, imo, awesome look. To me it looked like a mix of Fire and Arcane, the 2 schools that appeal to me the most. Another factor was ofcourse the struggle to ever lay my cursor on these magnificent pixel, since I knew jack @#$% of how to do anything. I am now a rather skilled raider, but I didn't really get into it all till the end of 3.2.I still look back on the sets of TBC and I have run several instances with my guild to gather these sets for my main as well as my alts. BTW, buff mages, with like, another 13%.
I think the best tier was the Warrior tier 6 Onslaught Armor because it's very epic and it's like a gladiator's armor.
Lightsworn Battlegear is my favorite. I loved ICC and Wrath as a whole, it was my first tier set I really started collecting, and the shoulders/helmet looked bad freaking ass.
Tier 5 priest set. Definitely.
I've always been fond of Tier 6, apart from the hunter set.
My favorite tier was Tier 8 Druid from Ulduar. It just fit them so well. And it looked amazing. I still run around with my tier on and my favorite staff from there too. :)
