Warrior's T3 set kinda looks like someone from Starcraft. It looks real evil and it makes me wanna "constuct additional pylons".
Warlock T6 is the best those wings fit soo well

Priest T6 is the BEST of the BEST, no one have been or will be better
Thunderheart RaimentI would say this as it shows the essense of the druid showing the importance of all forms and showing their importance in each item as to form a setThunderheart Raiment
I'd say that my favorite tier set would have to be the warlock tier 3, Plagueheart Raiment. No other tier set has appropriately conveyed its name. You think Lawbringer and you think bananas. You think Bonescythe Armor and you think "it's just leather with some knives." The shaman's Cataclysm Regalia looks more like a volcano threw up and a shaman was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time. With the Plagueheart Raiment, you look at it and you think "Wow, that really holds true to its name." The colors look like disease, infection, and rot, swirled together. The crawling fog of ill lingering around the armor. It really gives a feel of carrion, macabre, plague.
T2 rogue was probably the best, it really matched the class well. Wrath looked pretty bamf too, can opener ftw.
Druid T2 (Stormrage) because it was the first ever epic set I completed.Curse those Cenarion Vestements. Also, it looked badass. Sets just don't look that unique anymore.
The original Frostfire set -- mage Tier 3 -- was by far the best tier set. It looked stunning, especially for gear in Vanilla WoW, and its rariety -- being from the then-insane Naxx 40 -- set it apart from all other gear. I'm proud to say I have my own 9/9 set, accompanied by Atiesh!
It was a very, very tough choice between Warlock, Priest, and Druid Tier 5. Each of these sets fits the classes they represent so well, and as an avid role-player, the visuals behind the armor are a must-have for my various characters. After having looked the sets over, I've decided on the Priest set, with the Warlock set being a close, close second. I won't ramble on and on, but few shoulders in the game come close to matching the blindfolded face on the Priest set.
I <3 Firelord's Vestments set for mage. Not just because I play a mage, but also because half the set is on fire, and because the mask is a flaming skull with a hood....Totally. Epic.
I, unfortunately, do not have a lot of raiding experience so I don't have much knowledge of prior tiers, so I have to say that my favorite tier is the current Tier 12 gear. I think they're all aesthetically pleasing and well balanced, well except for the larger races like Worgen, Dranei and Orc. The shoulders are rather large, but I still like the look. I love the "cracking lava" look of the Warrior set as well as the massiveness of the head piece, totally menacing. I think the Death Knight set is rather cool as well. I can't wait to actually get a set.
Rogue Tier 10 was my favorite. I loved the idea that I was sneaking into Icecrown Citadel disguised as a Geist to fight the Lich King's minions.
