I like t9 the best, mostly for the fact that it's the first tier that I ever had pieces from. I also still rather like the style of it.
Shaman T3 The Earthshatterer. Why?Because it's the only tier from which I don't own any pieces, it's the tier that had the most pieces available, and I mean seriously, it looks freaking awesome.
Rogue tier 10 because looking like a geist is awesome.

My favorite tier set has got to be the season 8 arena set because the head piece looked good along with having great stats and getting me started on pvp.
My favorite has got to be Priest T6, the Absolution Regalia. I just loved the look. The hood was so simple, yet effective, and the shoulders were just awesome. T5 was pretty cool, I guess, but it couldn't hold a candle to T6.
It's a tie between the Warlock T6 and Paladin T2...both were awesome looking.
So hard to choose. I always really wanted Tier 2 for my Druid but I think I would have to say Tier 1 Warrior armor was the best set. Nothing has compared to the original sets for me, those were truly a mark of epicness in their day.
Would definitely say Tier 2 it was one of the first and honestly the only where each set actually looked like it would (and should) be worn by that class. Later tiers have all had at least one class that just wasn't in line with what was going on in progression, where you got it from, or synergy with the actual class.
T11 for mages and hunters.I mean, come on, you can be some elemental lord like Ragnaros, or a Murloc...there's nothing better than this.
