Without a doubt, Warlock T8. It just oozed the evilness and awesomeness that is the Warlock.

Paladin T2 Judgement, for sure. I didn't get to raid back when it was relevant, but it is and always will be my favorite set in terms of aesthetics. You don't know how many Onyxia 10s and 25s I did to get the 80 equivalent helms. I actually hoped every time a helm dropped in ToC and ICC that I wouldn't win it so I could keep that awesome sexy hood on.
Gotta say warlock t6. The wings that sprout out every so often are what really make it stand out over the rest.
Warrior T10, why? because i get to wear the same armor set as High Overlord Saurfang.
My favorite gear set is...drum roll...... : Sanctified Frost Witch's BattlegearWhy?Well, simply put, I really liked the color combinations. Red and black are awesome. Secondly, It was from heroic mode. So, when I got the piece, I felt epic. The design of it was also well done, I felt it really brought out the look of a shaman. Thanks for the chance of winning!
The most epic set is Bloodfang Armor. Why? Because it is solid, but looks good, and this set have only "rogue style" truely.
My favorite was Tier 3 Faith set because it had a lot of unique bonuses and it felt like you had to do more than just get a drop and turn it in, you had to gather crafting materials and put it together.
Rogue T2, Bloodfang. Back when I first started the game, I saw a Rogue idling in SW waring Bloodfang, and that armor is what made me delete my Hunter and create a Rogue. Never did get any of the pieces, but still think it is the best armor set out there. Really looks like you would imagine a Rogue to be like.
My favourite Tier is the Shaman Tier 5 Cataclysm Harness (Cataclysm Harness) for Enhancement Shammies because it was the highest tier at the time when I first joined WoW, and I remember working so hard when I was still new to the game to get it, particularly the shoulders. I love how the shoulders looked like magma :-)
