I find Twilight Vanquisher lame since not only can anyone earn that...
This sucks because I got that title in Wrath when it was actually an achievement. Of the Nightfall too. Now everyone has it and it lost all its meeting.
I also had Bloodsail Admiral on my last account. I wish I kept it now.

Jenkins is pretty meh, and this is not so much for the difficulty. The name's just... meh. Patitent is wierd too. Conqueror of <instance> sounds awkward as well. Rival for some reason also sounds wierd.
Not looking too much at difficulty, but rather names, Insane, Starcaller, Light of Dawn, Magic Seeker, Scarab Lord, Warlord and Argent Champion are awsome titles.

I always found "Chef" to be a little meh.
"Chef" is kinda nice to have when you accidently tank a heroic with the chefs hat equipped... :)
But as others said, Matron/Patron kinda blows. Unless you are male, holy priest and happens to be named "Saint" - Yes, like that is ever gonna happen.
if i could...
i would.

"The Salty" title is what pissed me off. I spent forever working on that, got one of the hardest parts of it (winning the contest against the rest of the server), and still after like 40+ hours fishing after that stupid daggerfin, it never showed.
As for lamest title, Jenkins by far.
Also,
The Hallowed
FTW!

All titles are lame compared to "The Camel-Hoarder"

Ok, what criteria are you people using?
Patient and Jenkins are easy to get but I'm seeing Matron/Patron mixed with that..that is NOT so easy to get (hello school of hard knocks!)
I think they all depend on the name they are paired with, for example one of the funniest ones I've ever see is Mom the Patient on my server XD
I think if you are going by difficulty to get then Jenkins, Pilgrim, Patient, and the first couple Professor titles would be the easiest (but i don't think that makes them lame)
I know I'm pretty tired of seeing Kingslayer.

Kingslayer during Wrath was pretty good... Using it now makes you a unique snowflake
Not really, anyone can go there now and get the title

I am sorry but ALL of you are wrong.
The lamest title in WoW is "Of the Shattered Sun"
Why? Because you pay 1000g to get it. Whoever would drop 1k for a title not only spells stupid across their nameplate but just spent 1k on a title.

Using it now makes you a unique snowflake
Except it won't be long before people start soloing it.

Lamest:
Jenkins
Worst:
The Explorer, The Patient
The best (for the hell of it):
Slayer of Stupid, Incompetent and Disappointing Minions...

I'm still partial to Blood Guard.
It just sounds freaking badass.
I'm so glad I burned out on PvP before going higher up the ladder, otherwise my Shaman would've had the much crappier "Legionnaire".

any "of the " to me just seems lame; gratz for doing dailies for a week.
It's funny, that is the hardest title (for me) I've ever acquired on my hunter and the title I usually wear on her....try doing those dailies with 2k+ latency. I forget how long it took but it was one heck of a pain in the backside.
