Java viewer does not work for me using Firefox 3.0.10 (Windows 7 beta). No error messages, java does not even start up. Disabling all Firefox extensions does not solve the problem. Everything works fine in Internet Explorer 8.0.7000
I have the same, just Vista 64 instead.

Hi
Vielen Dank

The model for Stormcaller Brundir is bugged in Flash mode. Keeps flickering and showing odd structure.
Works better in Java, but it seems to have some texture issue. The beard isn't showing properly.

I can't get the java viewer to work. When I run either IE or Firefox as an administrator I get:

If i don't run as an administrator, I get no error messages but nothing happens.
Tried clearing both my Java cache as well as the browser caches.

*scans forum to see if own thread updated, sees this one, smacks forhead*
..Sorry, started a separate thread about a bug, didn't see this one.
Anyways...
It's not just you Deepdive, Me and DarkKat have had the same problem. It seems to be intermittent (at least for me), but the view-in-3d button grays out and becomes nonfunctional, as well as the 'same model as' tab disappears. When it happens I can still get the model viewer from the item/set dropdown menu on the item comparison page, though. When it's out it's for both Firefox and Internet Explorer, and it's not a Flash or Java issues as far as I know.
Also, just to back up what mjball was saying., select cloaks're still (erroneously) fully or partially transparent in the model viewer (mostly WotLK stuff from what I've seen) Anyone have any idea what could cause that?

On flash, all of the "Hellscream" Tier 9 shoulders for warriors do not completely render. They appear to be translucent colored glass in appearance and never fully texture. This also shows the same in the profiler preview. Java rendering of these shoulders however, does function properly and they appear fully textured.

The java modelviewer doesn't load just stays white and this appears to java console. Using Opera 10.1B (not working on earlier Operas either) on Windows XP.
edit: Tried with Firefox and I get exactly same problem as Tikaa posted above me.

Unable to reproduce the bug in
Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; ru) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.00
and
Google Chrome 2.0.172.43

Updated
Google Chrome

I have the same problem that has been reported several times here. I can load the flash versions of models fine. Java only displays a white box. I did manage to get one model to load. I figured out how to sue the java console. I cleared all cache, all data. The very next time I loaded the teir 10 on a male dwarf model in less than a minute. I usually run Firefox 3.5.3. I attempted to load the modems in IE 7.0.6001 and Google Chrome. 3.0.195.
I cannot duplicate the results that fixed the problem before.
My system specs are:
Windows Vista 32-bit Service Pack 1
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.00 GHz 8 GB
NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
Here is the data from the java console. I cleared all data and tried to load the Teir 10 male Dwarf model.:

... 5 more
I would like to see this problem fixed. Let me know if you want me to try anything or if you want more information.
