It kinda scares me how accurately I've recreated Phillip....
Ice-based magic? Check
Awesome with swords? Check
Conjuring an elemental wolf? Checl
Necromancy? Check
And my friend said you could become a werewolf... which leads me to believe undead and vampire are possible like in Oblivion....
Werewolves and vampires, yes. Not at the same time, though.
Do note that if you do become a werewolf, eternal suffering at the hands of the Daedric Prince of Hunt awaits you after death.
'course, for a thorough player around half a dozen Daedric Princes properly will fight over the right to claim you.

lol
If I do become a one, can I create a proper supernatural outbreak? Or is it like Oblivion where you can't spread the desiese?

Takes practice, try not to kill yourself in the process. :P
I'll try not to =P
It's a hard one though. You have to hold the knife upside down and flip it around your thumb, and it's
hard
. Luckily, I didn't cut my knife hand, but my other one when I accidentally dropped it >_<

Oh, yes.
And on that note, I think I'll go do some more

Greybeards are a bunch of cowardly hypocritical old priests. And don't even get me started on their leader, 'cause that's a major spoiler.
