Well... that would have meant I would have needed to read the other Makorrs in their entierity(sp) before joining this one...
I'm honestly amazed noone tried anything like a proper story... seems like something that would naturally happen.

But back then we had Dralas and HiVolt among us as well )=

We could just drop a bomb on this and start over then and go by what the others are like?

Hell, Dralas had a lot of a story going before he was like "f*ck it, Imma kill myself"

Meh.
I'm just a serious person. Which means "I'm" also a serious person... Which really made Logan curious about why and how and all that.
If you notice, there was a lot of exploring. But the real me is a problem solver. I could have really cared less about seeing all of the stuff everywhere. (Notice how Logan was so willing to return to Goldshire. He just feels at rest there.)

I see no reason we couldn't. Hell, we could just call it total reboot and drop ourselves in again without making a new thread.
That you be nice but I don't really seeing it happen.

If we can get some people back in, I'm up for another thread.
But I really like the story and how it is going here.

Which is the problem. Your 'why' and 'how' turned Makorr into something... well, none Makorrish.
I recall, in the first Makorr, after everyone had gathered in Goldshire, there was no 'Why's, no 'How's, no questions. Really it was just 'Wow! We're in WoW! What are we going to do now!"
And I guess we could hit the reset button, but I'm not gonna promise I'm gonna join. I'm going on vacation in a week or two, and usually that means I ditch out on RPs anyway.
Which to me really begs the question:
How were there no questions raised? Did you all previously decide, OOC, to not have the characters curious?
I would be confused for a moment, figuring out that I'm really in WoW. And then the next logical step I can forsee is "wait... the hell? WHY?"
And If I got there by being enveloped by eerie green smoke? Yeah; serious questions start popping up...

It would be a miracle if we got people to join this again without restarting. And Atik it was more of the shock of being here and all are dreams coming true that pushed the question away.

And I understand that was the point here also... granted I didn't really get that when I first joined. I'm just saying, what Logan did in the beginning would be my own fairly logical reaction.
I'm honestly blaming myself now. Specifically the whole scene in Stormwind where I was ranting about how noone seemed to care.
It never struck me that we weren't supposed to.
And Undead, I was saying start another Makorr Redux as a reset of this one. Mostly because I like how the story is going in this one.

The first two Makorr's were sequels of each other; as the second was set 2 years after the first, with the original group meeting up again; those who had remained in Azeroth and those who went home...and it sorta fell short, as did the first.
The main reason I dropped out of this one? Because it didn't interest me anymore, and actually trying to RP as myself in it would have been nothing but endless conflicts; had 'I' seen what 'you' did to Hyper Atik, I would have beaten you within an inch of your life for trying to force yourself on a young girl. As it is now, it's really seems like it's nothing but epeen and super awesome characters.

The crowd was way younger then too. Zeke in the second Makorr was a total idiot.
When you insisted I was a warlock the whole time =P

Which is why I stopped referring to Logan as "I"...
But "I" did get mauled for it... Alec lit "my" f*cking ear on fire after strangling me. And Zeke was about to kill "me".
Also, as much as I like to flex the uber-powers of Logan, if you actually step back and take a look at it all, we are mostly around the higher-tier characters around the rest of the borads. (Logan and Jebby seem to have a lot of power, but never really use it. Zeke, Alex, Alec, and JJ are around high-tier. Doug and Alan are villians, and aren't exactly high-tier ones. Richard seems to be an even higher0tier than most at this point. Maxwell, Jordon, and the others are probably around lower-tier.)
It just sounds worse because they are author insertions. But seriously? The main Aftermath group would probably kick our ass.

And I'm calling it for tonight.
Have a good night everyone!
