You can definitely tank Argoloth and I would put you up against Magmaw in a dual tank set-up without worry. You still need a few pieces to get much farther in BWD though. Here are some thoughts for you:
Go get
The Trinket. Its capitalized like 'The Batman' for a reason. You need it. We all need it. It is the new Black Heart, trust me.
Grind Dragonmaw rep for your boots, great purple tank boots. Yo uare neutral though, so its gonna take time.
Grind Earthen Ring rep for
this ring. Reforged it is RATHER nice for us. As you are neutral here too, this is a long one as well.
Looks like you are well on your way to grinding Ramkahen for
these bracers, so that will set you up nicely.
A nice cheap use of slowly collecting Valor would be the
libram. *ahem* Excuse me....
relic.
Otherwise, you have solid balance in your numbers and have dinged 75% total A/M.
Lastly, see if you can replace Tia with a dedicated tank trinket in heroics while you grind. This way the ring will be the only agility piece you have. Agility is great for us (better than strength ironically, granting 40% as dodge, versus strength's 25% as parry), but strength is also a great threat stat as well. Throngus has a serviceable trinket with a heap-ton of dodge on it.
Oh, here's one out of left field. Why not consider dumping skinning? As a tank who needs to gather, at least mining would be a direct benefit.

Don't bother with the agi ring, even when reforged it's not as good as
Ring of the Battle AnthemAlso I'm pretty sure Str is better than Agi for us at the moment, if not prot paladins would want it on every slot not minimising it to just one. With the addition of Str=Parry and the loss of Agi=Armor the difference between the two has grown so wide that Agi is barely worth looking at.
Yes, The VP ring is better, but then it is a tanking-specific ring so it should be. It also costs a crapton of VP's for someone who isn't downing multiple raid bosses a week. And we have two rings slots.
The Agility ring is clearly an upgrade from the stable of 333/346 rings out there. It is a perfectly valid tanking ring with that big sexy chunk of mastery and about 90 dodge rating from agility, with another 55 or so from reforging available.
And Agility is better for us than Strength from a survivability standpoint for tankadins. The reason you want to minimize it is because Strength is a primary threat stat as well (begrudging hit and expertise which should be avoided at this point). So Strength helps in multiple directions. Threat is not a direction we are actively worried about getting better with, though.
