This is the specific post with 'math' illustrating the superiority of Moonglow from the stickies. It's based on the math from the EJ post linked immediately before this one.

you definitely want Malfurion's gift, it's not just 4% chance each second to get the proc = 4% less mana, it's a lot more than that, cause you use the proc to use a big mana consumer (HT or Regrowth) so it's close to 10 or even 15% less mana.
Secondly, Furor 2/3 and Moonglow 3/3 (see stickies if you want to know why)
Thirdly: Master shapeshifter increases healing in caster form (human form) too. You definitely want malfurion's gift as well, it procs a lot from just rolling lifebloom on the tank and means you get a free quick regrowth, which is nice and good for mana efficiency.

Lastly, I have to admit, I rarely use ToL (somehow I always forget it, just like tranquillity) but that doesn't mean you should drop it. It's still a buff which is better than other points
This is my spec:
http://www.wowhead.com/talent#0hbhZMZMfzIbzruouo which is (I think) the most used spec
Nature's Swiftness > Nature's Bounty Imo.
I (mostly) only use NS for one thing. And that's In conjunction with Rebirth.
I cannot stress how valuable an insta-ress can be over waiting for it to cast. Not to forget that you don't need to stop to cast it.
Other than that, I totally agree with your justification of talents.
Do note, people. Furor *might* be better than moonglow next patch, due to mana increasing.
