Choosing a belt (old PvP Help)

Since I started doing Tol Barad I like to PvP more now. I was wondering if there are any tips out there to help get better geared. I have a frost spec that I have been using for TB and the random BG. I don't have any Resil gear but I have a few Honor points and even fewer Conquest points.
Any kind of tip, such as a different talent build or how to go about getting decent gear and making stats, would help greatly. Or some kind of topic that has all this info would be great for me to look through. My character is in my sig if you like to look at builds.
Instead of making a new post, guess I can just rename this one.
Right now I have
Beauty's Silken Ribbon
. When I use Rawr, it says that
Dreamless Belt
has a lower value then the other belt but when using the Wowhead item comparison its the other way. Rawr also says that using
Belt of the Depths
is an upgrade from
Beauty's Silken Ribbon
.
Here
is the link of all 3 being compared using Wowhead.
Just wondering if this is right or if Rawr is just a little bit off. Or if it is taking my other stats into consideration and since I don't need any more hit, its giving
Dreamless Belt
a lower rating.

Ditch glyph of molten armor, first of all. My first target in BGs are mages that don't have mage armor up.

You'll need to do some BG's to get some resil gear to start with.
definitely get rid of glyph of Molten armor and deep freeze, and pick up ice barrier.
I use Cone of Cold and Ice Lane, but if you are often out of mana, mage armor could be helpful.
mirror image isn't doing much for ya either, but there's nothing really game changing for minor glyphs.
you may want to think about throwing some points into master of elements if you're having any mana problems, and permafrost for melee opponents.
don't blink from warriors
hunters are your best friends, run up and hug them, and never let them go.
druids cant be forced into sheep form =( (unless they're healing)
try not to be too angry at your idiot boomkin 2s partner who just cycloned that thing you deep froze
and most importantly...
is it isn't frozen, freeze it. and if it is, freeze it again.

I think the idea is, once you blink away, the warrior will follow that up with a charge, and hes got you.

Just did a few Arenas with my DK partners, I tried to sheep the druid healer and it said immune. I don't believe she was shifted either, cuz if she was I wouldn't have tried to sheep her.
On another note, bumped with a new questions. Replies for the other topic is still appreciated but not really needed.

Get an FoF charge, DF the druid in caster form, then sheep. What probably happened is that the druid had a clue and just shifted to a form to immune the poly.
Also, no Ice Barrier Glyph, and not specced for Permafrost and your spare points going into arcane, yet no Improved Blink are very strange choices. Invocation blows, ditch it.
You need to rearrange your Frost talents. I'd ditch Reactive Barrier and Enduring Winter for Permafrost, and lose a point in Brain Freeze or Piercing Ice so you can go 7/3/31
Another option is to go 2/8/31 for Silence, 1 pt of Blazing Speed, and Impact Stun (very handy).
In any case, for your third glyph I'd go with FFB, but the other popular choice is Mage Armor. Consider these, because the damage of CoC never was and probably never will be the main point of casting it.

Which is why some people prefer Mage Armor instead of FFB prime glyphs. I'm on the side that prefers 30k FFB crits instead of some random snare that gets dispelled nearly instantly in many cases.
As for 1v1's against rogues, there's no reason to NOT blink the cheap shot, since it shares DRs with Kidney Shot now.
