Just been reading that aimed has been nerfed/fixed (?) - not sure if that's come into effect as yet, which would make what I'm saying possibly quite useless, but I am doing:
Opener : HM > Serpent Sting > Aimed (With Rapid Fire) / Chimera without, then :
Rotation : Steady > Steady > Aimed > Steady > Steady > Chimera (Thus keeping the ISS buff up and serpent on the target). -- obviously casting aimed when it procs as an instant and kill shot.
If aimed has indeed been nerfed then I'm not sure if hardcasting it is still the best option however...
I suppose if arcane shot becomes our primary focus dump then we will go back to priority system as oppsed to a rotation persé.
(Of topic - kinda poo poo's the name of aimed shot if it becomes only realy viable to fire as a proc, should be renamed snap shot IMO and only useable as a proc, but buff it a wee bit.. just my 2 pennies worth)

My rotation is as follows:
AiS, AiS, KS (if applicable), otherwise SS until my focus is back to 50, then AiS.
On bosses, it will be RF, AiS, AiS, SSting, SS until focus is 100, rinse and repeat. If by this time the boss's health is still < 75%, I'll pop Readiness and redo RF.

SS until focus is 100
Capping focus is a dps loss.

Much of this could potentially change today, but for now I'll quote another post of mine. This is my approach.
Glyphs are Steady + Aimed + Rapid Fire.
The fight is then broken down into three phases and you will be using a different "rotation" in each.
1)100-80% - You DO NOT want to be using SrS or CS during the Careful Aim phase. Your rotation here will consist solely of AiS and SS. You want to pre-pot and use both of your RFs back to back here. Your rotation is going to be sets of 2-3 SS followed by 1-2 AiS (possibly even 3 straight if you get a proc). Available focus and duration left on your ISS buff are the factors that will determine which shots are fired when.
2) 80-20% - Here you want to keep SrS up on your target and add CS back into your rotation. You do not have to use CS every time it's off CD, just frequently enough to keep SrS up. Managing your ISS and your SrS are the keys here. You don't want to let either fall off so you need to consider that when deciding whether or not to cast an Aimed Shot.
3) 20-0% - Kill Shot gets worked into the rotation. You will probably lose a SS fitting this into the cycle, but Termination will help make up for the focus loss.

That sounds very uniqe.
I know a good number of dps specs alter their rotations for execute phases but I can't think of a dps spec that has to alter their rotation for the begining of a fight.
