My problem understanding Vol'jin

Blizzard has been realeasing short stories which all seem to explain how faction leaders came to be and why they are people they are today, with explained flaws and strengths.
This is the link if you haven't seen them.

When they reach up Vol'jin later, I drew a blank when I started to think of the possible flaws they can draw out of Vol'jin's character.
His family relationships consist of his only his father and it apparently was a good one, with the exception he was sacrificed. Vol'jin seems to to have gotten over this though. His people all seem to agree with him and from a reader's point of view he's only been overly angry at garrosh which is expected out of anyone. Overall, he developed into a careing respectful person who's misfortune was purely out of his controll for the most part.
I feel it's because I don't know enough about Vol'Jin, but I also feel that there isn't enough information available. I could be wrong though.
I have two questions basically:
1. What are notable flaws in Vol'jin that can be supported by current information.
2. If you were to believe that it's necesary, will new information such as untold events of the Darkspear trolls be made to tie up the loose ends when it is Vol'jin's turn to have a short story?
I'm at a lost for number 1, but I am hessitantly guessing that some story themed around a balance between old tradition and savagery will be written for Vol'jin
FYI, the title of his story to come will be called "The Judgment". Maybe that can help in some way I hope.
EDIT: Jesus, my grammer is so bad. I completely forget whole words. I.E. "I did shoot the sheriff".

Well, he seems to have a bit of a problem with authority. He followed Thrall just fine, but in Cataclysm, we have Vol'jin literally threatening to kill the Warchief. That's serious business.

That's something that I can imagine a writer working with.
Maybe that can develop into the idea that his flaw is that he has trouble accepting critisizing comments about himself and/or his people.

Could also write about how much stress he is under. The Darkspear tribe is still recovering from oblivion. If Thrall hadn't decided to stop and help, then their would be no more Darkspears. He could have doubts about his ability to lead since he got it kinda abrubtly when the old leader died in the battle with sea witch.(I think this is correct). Then Zanzil came about and started corrupting what few trolls were left in the tribe so yea he is understress. Doesn't help that Garrosh and him don't like each other and that raises tension between the Orcs and Trolls.

Except at the end of the starting zone, after speaking to Thrall, Vol'jin did agree to not make any hasty moves against Garrosh, and to wait for Thrall.

That doesn't mean that he can't make
calculated
moves against Garrosh. ;)
