Put in a ticket describing the item you disenchanted, explain that you'd really like to get it back.
.
99% chance that they will restore it for you. Problem solved?
The only other thing I can think of that might help is
Chocolate Cookie
.
Good luck.

Acknowledging that Blizz is responsible for the requirement to nerf something and offering some in game compensation (Gold) for the time and inconvenience FORCED on players to adjust to the nerf is nothing more than a decent business practice.Again though, what if you got a brand new off hand 3 hours after enchanting the first one; would you honestly expect Blizzard to refund anything for that first one in the price of mats? No of course not, because that is just insane.
Again if your flight is oversold and you have to wait 6 hours for the next one, wouldn't you expect some compensation? The law demands it. Why should Blizz treat it's customers worse than the airlines?Difference is.................Warcraft is virtual, and has no direct impact on your real life like an airline ticket does.

Then, don't take this the absolute wrong way here.....BUT GO POST IT ON THE OFFICIAL BLIZZARD FORUMS! Wowhead is a fan site, and is not connected to Blizzard.

Likewise item decisions are made based on THE PUBLISHED RULES AT THE TIME.Too bad the rules change in an MMO eh?
For Blizz to go in and retroactively make changes is unfair and invalidates the hours spent optimizing gear with the rules in place at the time. They warned you it was coming; it's not their fault you don't read patch notes and spent the money on the enchant before the patch.
Again I have no issues with new items coming out, in fact I love that, just don't change the rules and nerf stuff after the fact and expect folks not to get upset about it.If you don't want the game to change, go play something off line.
But again, this is not Blizzard, go complain to them.

60int won't stop anyone 'growing and prospering' in the game. The enchant was too big, Blizzard reduced it in-line with other enchants.
Blizzard are not hosing players. We are not getting shafted. We are playing one of the greatest games ever created with the best support in the industry. No other game has as much dialogue between the playerbase and developers. All you really get outside of Blizzard games are random bug-fixing patches.

Timanous,
My "little life" is probably far richer and more diverse than yours.
Enjoy what life you have filled with low expectations and self esteem.
I expect more than you obviously and will raise the bar as I live my life, and hope that others can benefit by my example of high expectations and self respect.
Your example of moaning and complaining about everything?
