there's the link for your armory page
back in WotLK it was much easier to heal low level isntances as a Discipline Priest (less mana breaks) right now I don't know how it is but with AA specs it should be even funnier
you might want to try it since a Hybrid Disc Spec allows you to heal Dungeons, solo quest easily (Disc at higher levels is much better to solo elite mobs than Shadow or Holy) and PVP all with one spec
Just level as Holy if you want to get used to it right away, if not go Disc.. Btw in Cataclysm Disc Healing got tuned so at level 85 it might be hard to heal dungeons as Disc (at least it is for me since I'vent tried it much :) )

I have a post at the top of the page about holy priest play at level 85. Prior to 85 it is a little different though. I honestly wouldn't bother with haste at low levels. Just look for intellect and spirit on your leveling gear, as the content is quite slow paced and all you really need to do is be able to not run oom and pop a big heal when you need to. Spirit also has the added bonus of providing hit when you go shadow.
Looking at your spec, just ask yourself a couple of questions.
1. Do you die or run oom a lot? If no, drop Spirit of Redemption, if yes to either, keep it.
2. Do you use renew a lot? If no, drop Rapid Renewal, if yes, keep it.
3. Do you flash heal a lot? If no, drop Serendipity, if yes, keep it.
You also have empty glyph slots.
For primes, if you are using PW:S a lot, that glyph is fine at low levels. But I'd also look into Flash Heal, Renew and Prayer of Healing, in that order of priority.
For majors, Fade is a viable low-level glyph because you may be running with a lot of inexperienced tanks. Also get the Dispel Magic glyph. At level 68 when you learn Prayer of Mending, drop one of your majors for the Glyph of Prayer of Mending.

1) Spirit of Redemption no longer provides spirit, so it will not help with oom. It does give you 15 seconds to top people off and a visual warning to everyone that you are dead though.
2) The 1 sec extra on renew probably won't even be noticed outside of rolling it in raids. I agree it is most likely something to drop.
3) Serendipity procs from Heal, Flash Heal, and Greater Heal and gives you a FREE INSTANT Flash Heal. I would say it's probably worth keeping. 95% of the Flash Heals I use come from this.

I am aware it doesn't provide spirit anymore. However while under Spirit of Redemption, spells cost no mana. Therefore if you are oom you can simply kill yourself and then heal for another 15 seconds. :)
