What a long, strange achievement this is
See my signature.
I meant it could be something like reading all the holiday guides while the holiday's up, or something. Whatever it is it needs to take a year POSSIBLY. I for one take everything everyone says at face value

I can say that the third achievement is a gold one, is not retroactive, and takes at least 1 year to earn (which would be why no one has it yet).
Perhaps it's something to do with clicking on the guides for all the holidays/world events?

Ok, look...for I found her, people have given all the clues they can. No reasons to continue beating a dead corpse....
And as for Slayer of Boredom, it's a random thing you have to click... no need for people to be a tool about it...

I found her! was simple.
Slayer of Boredom, however, has me stumped. I've created a talent tree with glyphs for every class on a hunch but that didn't work. Any other clues?
I already posted exactly how to get it in this thread, but the mods deleted the post. I guess some mod is really protective over these super secret achievements. They should find something better to do than try to contain an uncontainable secret.
I hope you find solace in the fact that the achievements are pointless, and no one but you cares what achievements you have.
I have a feeling this thread will be a perpetual thread of posts like "How do I get achievement ROFLMAO LOL so need halp HALPMELOLOLOL".
To prevent this, I suggest one of the mods lock the thread, sticky it for a few weeks, and make the last post of the thread explaining that achievement spoilers will be deleted, and not to ask anymore.
Or we could just go back to talking about star trek. Picard > Kirk btw. Queggy, I am disapoint
it's funny, because on the announcement of the achievements feature, it's said about the secrets:
Figure 'em out, or just wait until some boring people
reveal how to unlock them on the forums

ARRRGH! I had "Slayer of Boredom" figured out all along! I just couldn't find the right button. I figured there had to be a button that did what I thought I needed to do but couldn't find it, so I assumed it didn't exist. /facepalm Got it now, lol.
I really didn't think my signature would cause such a ruckus... I was just looking for something to enter >.> I hope you'll allow me a brief response since I accidentally generated a few pages of discussion. (Written in small text so as not to take up as much space for those who don't care.) All the rest of my Star Trek discussion I'll try to confine to
the Star Trek Thread
.
Enterprise
was underrated. It's very popular to bash the show, but it's my favorite of the bunch, especially the 3rd and 4th seasons (there were only 4). Between Trekies complaining about every little detail on the show and non-Trekies avoiding it like the plague for fear of being branded as one, it was never given a fair chance.
How on earth did Kirk land in the same system, on the same planet, within running distance of Spock?
It wasn't on earth. :-P Seriously though, it wasn't as much of a coincidence as people make it out to be. Both Kirk and Spock were deliberately left on the closest habitable planet to Vulcan, though for different reasons: Nero wanted Spock Prime to have a view of Vulcan, while New Spock wanted to remove Kirk from the ship, and with Vulcan destroyed, Delta Vega was the closest place to do so. Spock Prime and Kirk were both headed to the Starfleet outpost on Delta Vega. Kirk was informed about it when his escape pod computer told him (the escape pod probably tried to land close to the outpost anyway). Spock Prime either already knew about it (having been to the planet before in the episode "Where No Man Has Gone Before"), or learned of its existence some time after Nero stranded him. Spock was journeying to the outpost so that in the event that Nero's plan to destroy Vulcan was delayed, Spock Prime could use the outpost to warn Vulcan and Starfleet about Nero. Although he was too slow to warn anybody (Nero probably made sure he wouldn't have time to reach the outpost when selecting a landing site), the Starfleet Outpost is still the most habitable place around, and he could potentially offer assistance to Starfleet with his knowledge of Nero and the future. So it's somewhat less amazing that both Kirk and Spock Prime, who were both headed to the same place, happened to encounter each other.

Today I learnt about these secret achievements, and I now have two of them thanks to..
Ok, look...for I found her, people have given all the clues they can. No reasons to continue beating a dead corpse....
And as for Slayer of Boredom, it's a random thing you have to click... no need for people to be a tool about it...
That's all you need to know, infact that one post made both of the achievements too easy.. I'd almost say it should be removed.
I think it would be amazing if someone got BOTH "
Slayer of Boredom
" and "
I Found Her
" at the same time.. Maybe even the third secret too.

From what I understand, you have to find "I Found Her" by specifically trying to get that achievement, and it cannot be obtained while getting "Slayer of Boredom." But man, what are the odds of that even happening if it could? o_O

Amazingly I managed to not notice there were any clues at all in that post, other than the fact that you have to clickk.

So, after beating my F5 button half to death, I finally figured where to head, and 'Slayer of Boredom' was achieved.
'I Found Her ' was almost too easy.

See my signature.
They are not pokemon.. But if you really want I can implement the sending of a diploma via email, from oak@wowhead.com
No, seriously, what does this post mean?
I think he's referring to how in Pokemon Red and Blue, Professor Oak gave you a diploma after you captured all the Pokemon.

I tried that too. Figured I was supposed to refresh the main page and read all the funny titles on the browser window. :)
