Must-Interrupts in Cata Heroics

Protadins really turn out to be the best interrupters atm, with regular interrupts possible every 7.5 seconds, and two interrupts in a row possible as well.
Shammies with their 6-second wind shear are not much worse at this though.
I thank everyone very much for the positive and helpful feedback, and will be checking this thread every-so-often to reflect patch changes, or things I might have still missed (I'm counting on everyone here!).
Waiting for the Firelands to appear!

Also, Prot Paladins have Rebuke and Avenger's Shield (yes this DOES have an interrupt component), which are on 10 and 15 second cooldowns respectively.
All Paladins have Rebuke now.
I know all Paladins have Rebuke. It was a Ret Paladin talent anyways, so I don't know what you're um...attempting to correct.
You said that Prot Paladins have Rebuke and Avenger's Shield now. I was just pointing out that all Paladins have it now, not just Prot.

I was not implying at all that it was Prot Paladin exclusive.
I was simply saying they have it.

Mk, my misunderstanding.

Hammer of justice also acts as an interrupt for paladins, it is on the GCD.
If it not been changed, will test it in a heroic or duel and see:)

Hammer of Justice no longer interrupts spells, just stuns.

Well, technically a stun also interrupts ^_^

I would also suggest that
Twilight Beguiler
be added to the Grim Batol trash list. Their
Chained Mind
is 5 second channeled stun that will take one of your party members out of the equation unless it is interrupted. The fact that these guys come in packs of three don't help either :P
Whoa, Grim Batol is getting a bit heavy on the stuff :P
Anyways, I've experienced this thing as a healer, and those packs aren't
too
dangerous. I'll add it with a lower priority though. Thanks for the tip!

Not if the boss is stun immune. If the boss is stun immune, but is casting an interruptable spell, HoJ will no longer interrupt the spell. You need to use Rebuke for it now.

there's another spell you forgot to add in the list:
when
Empyrean Assassin
cast
Vapor Form
you can interrupt it to avoid the buff to go up, it's not really big to avoid 75% less damage taken for 6 seconds (most groups don't even know what that buff does) but it's still something you can avoid if you want, plus if like my warrior you have
you get a nice dps bost fro just 10 rage ^_^
you could also add
from
Twilight Obsidian Borer
it's a channel, so it's extremely easy to interrupt, i sincerely don't know if
from the same mob can be interrupted, it's on a 1 second cast and i've never be able to get an interrupt off (targetting another mob/not having enough rage or just being slow) but i'm pretty sure you can, and that would be pretty major as i've seen tons of people getting killed even after the trash was dead
As for
Vapor Form
, the mobs come in packs of 2, and, in one case, are left alive last, again, in a group of 2. It's a simple 4-second time-saver, nothing more.
Sure, there are a lot of casts going on you can interrupt for
, but then again, listing all those would take ages.
is uninterruptable, in fact, it can be cast while silenced.
- ...meh. Only if you need them to move I guess. Otherwise it's not more serious than
Twilight Zealot
's
.

Ranged silences that are not physical (meaning silences like wind shear) seem to be redirected. I am pretty sure this is intentional, but I just noticed that today.
All spells are redirected ;)

Might wanna add in that you can glyph Kick to lower the effective CD by 2 secs (I think)
Nice list

Another addition: In Grim Batol, the Ascended Waterlashers have a spell called "Focused Geyser" that probably should be interrupted. It does a bit of frost damage, not much per tick, but it's a frontal cone AoE targeted at a random member, and if it hits the whole party it's a serious strain on a healer.
On a semi-related note: Whenever I do heroics I see a lot of hunters, rogues, and druids (balance/resto in particular) neglecting their enrage dispels.
Lockmaw's enrage is dispellable, Commander ulthok in Throne of Tides has a dispellable enrage, Warbringers in stonecore have a dispellable enrage, just as an example. It is highly recommended that hunters tranq them, rogues shiv them, and druids soothe them.

Added! As well as placeholders for the new upcoming heroics. :)

The
Neferset Theurgists
in Lost City of the Tol'Vir cast
, don't know if its interruptable or not. 54k-62k damage over 6 seconds isn't wipe-causing in my opinion, but interrupting it would save the healer a bunch of mana.

It's funny that I was wondering what the hell that cast actually did. Never noticed someone taking damage from it. Anyways, adding it. Thanks!
