I just became 85 but i didn't lvled up my proffessions (were skin/LW).and i'm decided to drop them and i'm thinking of:
1)LW/skin (But i heared hasn't so much money)
2)LW/ENG(but it's kinda expensive as u have no gathering proffesions)
3)Min/Eng(cause has some money f.e. mount and etc and it's the best for pvp)
I'm focusing (at least for now) more on pvp than pve but i play pve too.. what should i pick?
if u have any other choice tell me

All crafting professions are pretty much equally good since the bonus is flexible.
All gathering professions have a fixed bonus. Out of those Herbalism is by far the best, haste and self healing is good for PvE and PvP and useful for all specs (unlike crit from Skinning or sta from Mining).
I'd go Herbalism + Alchemy. With flying in the old world you'll have Herbalism leveled in no time and that will automatically get you the mats for Alchemy.
Another possibility is Herbalism + Engineering since Engineering simply is the most fun profession with tons of useful gimmicks.
When starting a new toon I'd probably go with Tailoring + Enchanting simply because they are very easy to level while questing without any extra effort. Since you are 85 already it's a bit late for that and they are probably not worth the farming effort (or the gold wasted on the AH).

I dropped skinning/LW because they were a huge gold sink. It took me 3 days of casual play to hit 525 in herbalism and alchemy. Elixir mastery is the way to go on my server as the highest demand flasks still sell for 250+ gold on the AH. Plus, who can't use flasks? There's always someone that shows up on raid night that forgot them.

Yea, Herbalism + Alchemy are probably the easiest/cheapest professions to level by far, especially for a Druid.
Those flasks sell for 250g on my server too but keep in mind that the mats are insanely expensive. On my server the mats are worth almost 300g and flasks are sold underpriced (or only with a very, very small profit when considering the elixir mastery).
@saxuk, about avoiding gathering professions:
Yes, the stat bonus can't compete with that of a crafting profession. But seriously .. 80 haste from Herbalism vs 80 agility from any crafting profession, that difference is so small and completely irrelevant. It's not even half a gem in effective rating. The Herbalism self-heal is way more likely to save your life (and thus increase your dps by a lot, a corpse doesn't do any damage) than the stat difference to make or break a boss kill. Also, since it's a cooldown, you can time it right (e.g. to sync up with your Berserk) to get a lot more out of it. It's an extra effort but it might make it almost even (plus you still got the nice self heal).
Yes, crafting professions give better stats. But the difference is extremely small and taking two crafting professions means you have to spend a
huge
amount of gold in the AH (especially now that everyone is doing exactly that and absolutely everything is insanely overpriced).
Oh and Engineering has a dps glove enchant, fires some nature damage rocket every 2 minutes. I didn't run the numbers but I'm fairly certain that Blizzard has and that the glove enchant is at least similar in dps gain to other professions (and it's off the gcd and can easily be macroed to one of your main abilities so it's really not a problem to use).

Are you SERIOUSLY comparing a secondary stat to a primary stat?
Primary stats are ALWAYS better!
(
stated by the almighty Blizz themselves
)
That said, I do agree that you shouldn't disregard a gathering prof. Herbalism does indeed give a heal. But a gathering prof has the advantage of not requiring gold to level or use (instead it makes you EARN gold). And also, when pairing it with the correct crafting prof, it makes you require less gold to level that particular prof. And some people go for ease instead of stat min-maxing :)

That's what I said. The primary stat is of course better. But by such a small and totally insignificant amount that there is really no reason to spend 20k gold on the AH to level two crafting professions with the current prices.
You'd have
far
better stats by going with the gathering one and spending the money on crafted epics instead.

Comparing agi to haste is pretty lolz though, since those particular 2 stats are WAY apart for feral (especially tanks), not "by an insignificant amount".
But I see your reasoning ;)

Well, as a tank he gets a 4% heal on a short cooldown. Now that healer mana is important again that's probably quite a bit better than 120 stamina from other professions.
And yes, for feral dps agil is way better than haste. But the haste cooldown is worth about 50 agility as far as I know so he is only effectively missing out on 30 agil - which is nothing really since we have thousands of agility anyway, 30 more or less won't make any significant difference (as I said, it's more probably that the 4% self-heal saves your life than that you fail the enrage timer on a boss only because of you missing 30 agility).
