For 5 man heroics, I like Paladins, but since you've leveled one, I'd say DK.

I've personally never liked the style of Druid tanking. Not sure what it feels like now with all the homogenization going on, but what it really boils down to is your own play style and the time you want to take getting to 85. Tanking dungeons as a bear was mainly just spamming Swipe with the occasional Maul cleave (glyph let it hit a second target, and now the glyph gives less dmg to the second target) and Mangle. But now that Swipe is on a cd, I really don't know how bears can hold good AoE aggro. Unless they have a new AoE ability for Feral, tanking large groups as a bear could be quite challenging, especially in low lvl dungeons since you don't get Swipe till close to lvl 30.
As others said, DK is the fastest to get to 85. I played a DK tank all the way though WotLK before I quit until Cata. They were very fun back then, and from what I hear they're still fun to play now. I haven't touched by DK yet since I've switched to a different server with my roommate. One of the pros behind the DK is Death Grip. While you can taunt a mob with all the other classes, you still have to get to it to make more threat. With DG you can taunt while bringing the mob to you. Death and Decay is also a very strong AoE ability. Sadly, it seems that the cd was increased in Cata. Hopefully Blood Boil is much better than it was to compensate.
Now that Blood has the tanking talents that used to be in all the other trees, DKs are very strong at single target threat, AoE threat, and survivability. You used to have to sacrifice one of those qualities to be better in the others. Old style: Blood - survivability + single target threat, Frost - single target + AoE threat, Unholy - AoE threat + survivability. Basically, Blood used to have bad AoE aggro when compared to the other trees, Frost had weaker survivability talents, and Unholy's single target threat was the lowest of the three.
Of all the tanks I've leveled, my Warriors (yes I have two, one Ally from a long time ago and one I just made as Horde) have been the most fun. While gaining rage at low levels can be an issuse, the AoE from Thunder Clap + the new Blood and Thunder talent (when you Thunder Clap a target affected by Rend, you have a 50/100% chance to affect all targets with Rend) glyphed Cleave (increases to 3 targets) and talented Revenge (60% more damage and hits a second target)... not holding AoE aggro anymore is hard to do. They have great single target and AoE aggro, while having very strong defensive cooldowns. I just find them fun, and if you're coming from a Paladin you might like their style more than a DK or Druid.
Just a bit of insight for the OP from my personal experiences.
