I wouldn't label agility as zero value, as it does increase crit and dodge my minute amounts. It's just that it isn't nearly as beneficial as straight dodge or crit rating.

That's a private server item or a bug or something.

Agi doesn't give armor anymore, so likely any weightings you've found is pre-cata when it did give armor.
It offers less crit and about half the amount of dodge that raw rating does.

Agi/stam gems are no longer the best gem to use to meet meta requirements. Essentially, ignore Agi completely on your gear. However, don't forget Agi buffs (primarily Horn of Winter or totem) when you're trying to figure out your avoidance in raids.

I wish they would:
1. Update the weights to what we tell them are relevent numbers seeing as they made a thread in each class forum FOR THAT PURPOSE. -.-
2. Allow linkage to your 'main' profile that will dynamically change weightings based on mins and caps.

But at this point, use teh DPS weapon. Threat's friggin easy.
I have to concur, as to the minds on Maintankadin. There have been zero issues maintaining threat in Heroics to this point with this level of gear widely available. It will skew pretty badly when only a chunk of your party has purples instead of blues but for now, Vengeance has solved all our short-term threat needs.
Which means we should be focused on survivability. Strength gets filtered into the block numbers, whereas Agility will feed into dodge, but both at one level of abstraction.
There are a precious few actual tanking weapons at that level out there like the
Elementium Fang
. This wins purely on the fact that 86 Parry rating supersedes what you might get as splash from Agility, and the strength and stamina is a dead on tie.
