Blaine chuckled again, having heard my jokes and whatnot about dwarves and ale during his life but keeping them to himself. "By the way, Alexander," he said as they walked, keeping his voice low so that neither his guards or the two women could hear. "I've been meaning to ask you about Miss Nova; she's clearly Gilnean but is she infected with the Curse?"

Alexander replied quietly, without breaking the pace, "Miss Nova is also known as Whitefang. That was the reason we returned to Gilneas."

"So I assume you've seen it?" he asked, keeping his voice low. "How bad is it?" He hated to pry into other's buisness like this, but if they were attacked by anything along the road and her worgen side was released he would rather know what to expect from it. Although he did admit to himself that it was very offensive to talk about Nova behind her back, then again it might be a sensitive subject for her to discuss herself.

"None at all. I should have made it more clear - she had gone through the ritual, and there are no 'sides' to her - she is one, unseparable entity, fully in control - just like me," Alexander said rather dryly.

"Still, the nature of the Curse changes people completely at times. I myself become much more aggresive when the change overtakes me." Blaine nodded. "But I'll take your word for it." He stopped briefly at the gates and glaced around quickly to make sure everyone was accounted for. He then continued on.
"If I remember correctly," he said, louder now and changingg the subject, "there is a large encampment of Twilight's Hammer followers to the south. How close will be we passing by it if we stay on the road?"

"Hmm," Blaine hummed as thought. "Perhaps, but I think it may be safer to go around the long way. Could we avoid it completely by hugging the mountians to the east or the shoreline to the east?"

"No place can be called completely safe nowadays, but I agree, the shoreline seems our best option," Alexander nodded.

Blaine nodded. "That is true, but certain routes are still much safer than others. When we get closer to the Hammer encampment we'll detour to the shore," he continued to walk, his guards surouding him and matching his pace to best protect him.

'
I wonder, when should I tell her that I bought some stout back in the inn? I think in three to four hours...

((Well, sorry for being away...long post incoming.))
Character:
Richard Price and Isabel
Location:
Darkshore
Isabel felt disheartened that everyone had left. They knew him and she did not. At least they had fought along side him, I would know where he had come from. She wasn't sure what thoughts were racing through her mind. Isabel felt a hatred for the men and women that had left Richard to fend for himself with a women who didn't even know her own past.
"The men and women that stand by each other, have the gaze of the Light fallen upon them," Isabel whispered, staring at Richard's almost lifeless body. Then his body started to shake uncontrollably. Isabel stared in horror as his body lurched up and down. "Light be with me," she said, holding a glowing hand over his heart.
~
The sky had turned blood red. An earthquake had shook the world, sending the inhabitants in to a panic. Deathwing had emerged from his domain, seeking to destroy all that lived and breathed. The end had come for all of Azeroth.
The screams of children filled the air around Richard. Fire was raining from the sky, burning houses to the ground and causing massive panic amongst the innocent civilians. "DEATHWING!" the people on the street screamed, sighting the massive molten dragon that had emerged from the mountains.
"No," whispered Richard quietly, as the massive figure flew closer to his home. He took off in a full on sprint, heading in the opposite direction of the common traffic. He knocked down all that stood in his way, focuses on his goal. The canals ran red with blood and fire.
Richard panted as he slowed down, approaching the Trade District with a lacking velocity. He entered the district, and jumped over fallen buildings and pushed away small, panicking children. "Almost there," he screamed, dodging a massive stone block that had fallen from above.
Richard ran across the bridge towards the Mage District, the purple rooftops now a sickly brown hue. Using the remaining of his strength, he sprinted toward the Park. He never made it.
A massive fireball filled the sky above the park, careening toward the already burning buildings. Richard watched in horror as the fireball impacted with a sickening explosion that followed. His body flew backward, his head smacking against the stone pathway. "No," he whispered quietly, "NO!"
He got up shakily, holding his hand to his bleeding head. He limped out toward the Park, crossing the bridge in the process. He looked out toward the molten crater that stood in place of the Park. He shook his head again and again, "No, Isabel. Luna. No." He collapsed to the ground, tears streaming from his eyes. "My family . . . gone," he croaked as the sky turned in to the brilliant blue hue that so many people held familiar in their minds.
Now all Richard saw was blood red.
Richard gasped as he sat straight up on the table, waking from his nightmare.

((Sounds good.))
Character:
Richard Price and Isabel
Location:
Darkshore
Richard held his hands over his face. The nightmare had woken him up from his coma. He still felt weak, and almost just wanted to lie down and fall asleep again, not even bothering to uncover his eyes.
No. I should be thankful that I am alive.
He took his hands off of his face and looked around. Kaldorei stood around him, looking at him curiously, as if he were some pretty bird that had landed there. Richard kept looking, until his eyes fell on a red haired human, who was standing at his side.
Richard's heart stopped, as he gazed in to the eyes of the female that stood before him. His mouth opened, and he croaked, "Isabel?"
Isabel stared at him, not knowing what to say back.

"Isabel? It can't . . . that can't be you," he said in a whisper. Richard's eyes became watery. "This is dream," he said, shaking his head and breathing loudly. "You can't be real. You died months ago. I saw the whole district get blown in to oblivion," he screamed in her face.
All Isabel could do was shake her head, and sit down in a wooden chair.
He knows me. Yet I do not know him.

"There," Blaine said, looking past the trees. Some distance away the sounds of yelling and mining could be heard. "That must be the Twilight Encampment. Let's head for the shore." He turned and started towards the west.
---
A short distance behind the group of seven, three rotting figures watched. "Let's move in now," Alrissa hissed. "They'll never see it coming. We'll take the guards down first, then the druid and dwarf. The woman and pretty noble will be easy pickings after that."
"No," Vrem said bluntly. He motioned towards the humans. "They're Gilneans. Startle them, make them transform, and
then
kill them."
"Surely you arn't thinking about your collection at this time?" Mortiky said, he and Alrissa looking at the marksman.
"You can have their skulls after I skin them if you want." The two other Forsaken shook their heads. "Alright. Kill the dwarf first, then if that dosn't make them change take out the legs of the woman."
Alrissa and Mortiky nodded, the dead shot raising her bow and the gumen raising his rifle. They released a arrow and fired a bullet at the female midget simultainously.
