Way back when WoW was still in its infancy, a time when there were only 2 continents and molten core was considered end-game content, I was lvling my mage at a local cyber cafe. I had spent over 500 play hours at that cafe playing just wow to the point were i spent more time there than i did at my job that paid just enough to cover the expense of paying for the hour credits at the cafe. I literally ended up spending 4 months of paychecks that went straight into wow. There was one night finally I had hit 60, running sunken temple with some friends and my dad showed up to drag me away in complete disgrace. To this day I still have not cleared that place.

I guess my most hardcore moment in wow was when it was AV weekend once, and since it's pointless for us Horde to even try, my friend invited me to a very well put together premade. I played just about that whole entire day just getting honor and probably ended the night with somewhere close to 20k honor. We didn't lose a single game ;)

Aside from wearing
this shirt
occasionally and talking about WoW with friends, I've never had a World of Warcraft/life clash. At the most, we just equate some actions in real life to actions in WoW as jokes.
Also, I like to tell my best friend that I'm exalted with his mom or that my weekend plans are to grind rep with his mom.

Actually it happened inside a bus.
I had this bottle of water and I was really thirsty, I drank it all up at once and thought to myself "Now where the hell will I put this thing...". I actually pictured myself *clicking* on the bottle of water, *dragging* outside the inventory box and *typing* delete.
I took some seconds to actually notice what I was doing.
And well... I still have no clue what I did to that bottle.
Was the main reason for a 7-day wow pause =P.

Well, not really a clash but more of a convienence. My boss plays WoW so occasionally We'll BS about it. It's a nice breather from work at time.
