How do you "keep in shape" while playing WoW?

Some things I do are - -
Do push-ups or sit-ups doing flight paths, BG waiting, and so on..
Or before I play WoW everyday I always exercise beforehand at least 30 minutes. I just figured I needed to do stuff like this to keep in shape since I'm usually sitting in a computer chair for awhile. I was just wondering if anyone else has anything that they do to stay in shape to ward off the "gamer weight." Thanks!

I play Wii Fit in the mornings before I get sucked into something else. It yells at me if I miss a day or gain any weight. My weirdo cat sits and waits patiently for his daily weigh ins too.
I've also got some small hand weights by my desk that I picked up with the intention of doing a few repetitions waiting in queues and such... but I've been a total slacker lately. This time of year sends me into hibernation mode.

I don't /shame
I plan on getting a gym membership in the near future however, once finances are in order. I figure 4-5 hours a week in the gym will get me back into shape in no time. Now if only food wasn't so tasty...

Currently, nothing. However,
soon
, I intend to get back into BMXing, which I sort of got bored of before realising it was a fantastic form of keeping flab at bay.

I use my bike to go studying and back (3 km) which takes a max of 20 minutes. Then, I sit in my office the rest of the time unless I'm doing something else (TV, Reading, bored). I eat quite a lot and not much of the healthy food ( I hate a lot of healthy food, it tastes bad =P) I like to sleep 10 hours if possible and I'm very lazy. I have never been any other weight than normal. I have no explanation to this.

I ride my bike 5 kilometres per day—to and from work—as well as attend hot yoga once a week to alleviate my back problems. I also do about 3-5 sets of 15-20 pushups (depending on my energy levels) every couple of days.
To put things relatively, I'm 29, 6'1" and have weighed 180 pounds consistently for the last 10 years or so. I'm no fatty, but as I approach 30 things are slowly starting to unravel and I'm getting squishy, so exercise is a must especially since I sit at a computer for about 12 hours a day.

I plan to connect Kinect to my computer.

Pushups and Situps every morning. It's part of my schedule and I do it before thinking about it, otherwise I'd skip it, 'cause I have to wake up about 30 minutes earlier.
Lift weights.
Run.
Those are my three main exercise things. Along with not eating while I play WoW. My brain goes on autopilot and I just munch without realizing how much I've eaten.

I chase (and am chased) around the house by my 2.5 year old daughter every day in the post-work, pre-WoW hours.
Of course, eating her leftovers probably just negates the whole thing.
