@ zw4512 - it is not the other way around. Actually everyone in this game wants something - be it gold (maybe they need epic flight) or may be JP. It doesnt matter because as long as you expect everyone else to do the run the way you want to (as opposed to a balanced run that suits all more or less) then you are greedy. A rushing tank that neglects everyone else is just as greedy to achieve his goal as is a player who always slacks to loot or for any other reason. It is not a greed of money / loot, but rather a greed (maybe better word is selfish or self-centered)towards a desire, no matter what others wish.
True that. Since my justice points are capped and i have quite a reasonable amount of gold, the only thing that i get from heroics and that i really enjoy is the pure tanking challenge. Running fast, trying to score a better time than before, holding flawless aggro on more monsters than recommended, those are all challenges that are still present even in the ilvl 200 heroics. So the "something" that i want from heroics is just fun. Going at a slower pace is
mind numbingly easy
. And not fun.
By the way, i actually manage to loot well over 3/4 of the monsters i kill on the run.

It's fairly simple. You pull it = You tank it. So if dps likes taking agro they can tank the mobs (and run the risk of going SPLAATTT!). Turbo tanks run the same risks; as the little blue bar reaches zero healing stops. Then I sit down to drink and if they keep going they deserve what they are going to get. If they know they don't need to be healed for awhile they can just keep going. They usually start paying more attention after dying once or twice.
That said tho, now in the end of Wrath I don't really have any mana issues in heroics (which I dont even do anymore) or dungeons. So you can just turbo charge thru more or less most of the instance.

Your wrong, I didnt say go at a snails pace, I said go at a pace everyone can be comfortable, if you are racing through the dungeon that is selfish, if you care about your group you will be a little more patient with the group players that are not familiar with the dungeon.
Problem is, people
ARE FAMILIAR
with the dungeons. It is the end of an expansion, there are plenty of people leveling their alts and farming heroics for JP.
Ok, lets go with your idea, they haven't cleared the dungeon before and are stepping into a random dungeon for the first time,
most
of the dungeons have a
LINEAR
design, there is only one way to go.
I admit i was abit confused when i first cleared OCC, but how hard is it to follow people who know the way? There will always be people who've cleared it before and know what to do. It doesn't really take Einstein to figure out how to follow people does it?

If you pull something and you die, it's your fault.
If somebody is trying to fill a role they didn't queue for and is failing at it, kick them.
This is coming from a tank who:
Kicks people who do unrequested Misdirect/Tricks pulls, and/or cause multiple deaths.
Goes as fast or as slow as the healer wants.
This is coming from a player who:
Does 5-mans for the loot/points, and 10 and 25 mans for the challenge.
