Seeing Adam's luck he'll probably get 'rescued' by a third eccentric woman.
And congratulations Stab! Sounds like hard work, how do you cope with writer's block and the like?

Are you really going there, XD? ;)

What? It was an inoffensive question; I struggle with writer's block quite often myself ;P

I think there might be something going on here that everyone is aware of (except me) and having fun with (including me). :)
I'm in the same boat as you here Cavalier.

For those who don't know, there's supposed to be a large-scale Horde offensive just starting in Eastern Ashenvale right now in Genesis 4, mainly out of Western Azshara. Right now, I'm controlling a smaller pincer coming out of Northern Barrens from the Mor'shan Ramparts, driving up towards Raynewood retreat.
If it's convenient for you guys, I could try and plant a few characters in Eastern Azshara to work at that front, or I could just stick to my characters in south-central Ashenvale for now.

I don't see an immediate reason to introduce anyone on the direct front, unless you want to. The current plot is probably moving more in the direction of Hyjal than Azshara.
Also. That awkward moment where it's three in the morning, and you know you should sleep. But you can't fall asleep, and don't have work tomorrow... so there's no harm in playing some more WoW...

Okay,
here's a rough look at about where the battle lines were drawn through out the war in Ashenvale
through Cataclysm, with the first frame starting in the middle of Wolfheart, and the last right about the end of Cataclysm, based on information from Wowpedia. In MoP the elves would continue the offensive, eventually pushing through to Azshara and Orgrimmar right in time for the Siege of Orgrimmar.
Right now, we're right at the beginning, and the Horde Special Resources Team is driving up through Silverwing Outpost, with the goal of crossing the river and riding hard up to Raynewood Retreat to block supply lines to Forest Song. In Wolfheart, Tyrande, Shandris, Varian, and Genn Greymane arrived to force the Horde back and retook Silverwing Outpost. However, we may decide to do it differently.

Well, back from disease denmark and network error.
How y'all and may I inquire about cataclysm? I have a interest about the vash'jir group, should I enter as a naga captive or joining up with skree of sovjet kanto?

Either works if you like, although the Vash'jir group are on a beach and have only just been attacked by the naga coming up from the surf, so no boats sinking.
Yet.

Right now I'm mainly tied into two plots:
One is centered on the Horde's invasion of Ashenvale, in which I'm controlling the better part of the Horde's first incursion into Southern Ashenvale (at least, the first in the present Alliance-Horde War, right in the middle of Wolfheart roughly). I haven't read Wolfheart, but I'm planning on roughly adapting the outcome to canon unless someone else gets involved (i.e. Silverwing Outpost gets taken, and then a decisive battle takes place in central Ashenvale, pushing the Horde back out of Silverwing, some time after which the Horde mounts a second offensive). I could use some Alliance characters here to fight the Horde back, or some possibly Hordies advancing with the Kor'kron in the wake of the Special Resources Team.
My other plot is centered in Stormwind, where the Defias Brotherhood and the Twilight's Hammer are both planning to overthrow the king, but with rather different goals in mind. I have two characters there right now, Cynthia Hawthorne, a courier between Westfall and Ashenvale who works for the Stormwind Guard (and is also a diehard Defias infiltrator), and Seymour Francis, a captain in the Stormwind Guard, and Cynthia's direct superior (in both the Defias and the Guard), who is also a member of a small Twilight's Hammer cell. Cynthia is currently trying to get back some sensitive documents from a Twilight's Hammer dwarf named Garning Blacksmith, and Seymour is currently plotting to throw Cynthia and the Defias under the bus in his plans to kill the king. I could use anyone affiliated with the Defias, Twilight's Hammer, or SI:7/The Kingdom of Stormwind.
Obviously you're free to put your characters wherever you feel like it, this is just what I've got going on presently.

Adding to Skree's plot breakdown, I'm involved in two currently.
One is Lucien's "advance party" who just hit the shore of Vash'jir and came under attack by Naga. There was a group of SI:7 operatives who were supposed to have prepared the island, but are currently MIA. The Alliance forces from in-game (Admiral Taylor and co.) are scheduled to arrive later, where we'll have them get snagged like the zone intro.
Then in Ashenvale, we have a sizable Alliance force headed by Felicity, who is still at the site of their main camp dealing with a number of other characters. Meanwhile, Zalexdrad is leading a smaller scout party in the north, checking out the path to Hyjal, and on a bit of a collision course with a crazed Fel-Elf named Morlidus.
