Personally, Evangelion was my favorite deconstruction of the Giant Mecha genre. Or would it be considered a subversion? Meh, it was really good whatever you call it.
I've been reading the Ender's Game series. I love books for smart people.
Bokurano is just as bad, if not worse then Evangelion lol, but only the manga. For some reason they tacked a happy ending onto the anime, which removes the finale of the manga that has such as depressing crowning moment for the last pilot.

I really liked the End of Evangelion movie as a conclusion.
Even the characters didn't like the series ending... :P
And Oneforthemoney, when you get a chance (i.e. your podium revolutionary is off-screen for a while), I think we could do Orpheus' first interview with him.

Well when you have the time Skree, definitely read Bokurano and NaruTaru, you'll really enjoy those ones.
Though...I sometimes wonder what is up with the people who make the openings for an anime:
NaruTaru opening
; makes it seem like a happy fun little show, with silly girls and tiny mons running around right? Well....in this series, there is immense scenes of graphic rape, death, murder, torture, anyone can die is in firm existence, and one of the main characters is suicidal. And the
ending video
isn't much better lol.
At least
Bokurano
only pulled a little fast one. Like NaruTaru, anyone can die is in full effect...but watching the opening there, you know bad thing happens to the world heh.

Btw, I'm sure you've all guessed who Kef is by now.
If you recall, in A20, I set it up so that Dag'rema had killed Kitanga back during the Cataclysm, but was severely scarred herself (and kept Kitanga's soul in a soulstone, which, when broken, ended up reincarnating into Gurka).
This RP is about the same about of time after Cata, but I'm doing something a little bit different.

Heh yeah it is...but there is a lot of mind screw and twists in that thing.
Gotten to the famous part yet jebby, the thing with the test tube?

I'm not partisan to either American political party, but no matter who you're voting for (unless you're too young or Canadian), I found this hilarious:

Whenever you're ready. Will he be in the studio with him, or a sort of call in thing instead?

Probably phoning in. Orpheus, in addition to being a newscaster, also works as a bit of an investigative reporter, and thus, certain people who don't want to be investigated might want to do bad things to him. So he keeps his location a secret.
It would probably be best for us to do the interview over email or chat, so that we don't have to clog the RP with one line posts.

Heh was just about having him as a member of it, and not being a Felsworn this time around; since no evil Kali, he didn't have a reason to jump ship and is still loyal to the ideals.

So it begins.
