The Earthquakes in game have been the planet responding to the pain he's been experiencing while they bolted that new armour on his body. He is the Earth Warder, the Aspect of the Earth, and tied into the world; that's one of the reasons why he could drag Deepholme up.
Yes, but during that period he was
in
Deepholme, slamming against the walls and breaking the World Pillar. And the World still shook in time with it's Aspect.
And no; Alexstraza is the Aspect of Life; probably using her power like that would be against her own code. She's willing to kill up close and personal, but doubt she can just point at something and say 'Die'.
She incinerated the Dragonmaw Clan, for less provocation than what Deathwing has done.
And if she could have actually gotten her hands on Deathwing at full power, she might have...but again, she wasn't. And she used the breath weapon, the same thing that all Red's have, on the Dragonmaw, not the 'Flames of Life' which are meant to heal.

And the World still shook in time with it's Aspect.
I honestly doubt he could have done something like that outside of Deepholme.
It would require absolutely ridiculous amounts of power to destroy Azeroth. With all the shamans opposing him (Nobundo, Thrall, etc.) I sincerely doubt that he could get the time and energy to destroy it.

Deepholme is connected to the Earth though...that's where he get's his main power up from, after healing there, and of course, the World Pillar itself is tied into Azeroth.
I'm saying, if, unlike Malygos, he actually considers that he
can
be beaten, he'd probably use up whatever power is left in himself, and whatever extra power the Old Gods were sharing with him, and trigger the end of Azeroth. Not saying he would, but it's a doomsday possibility.....and as much as the Earth likes the Shaman, I'm guessing the voice of the actual Earth Warder probably rates higher for them.

Don't you mean the powers bestowed upon him by the titans?
No.

Alright let's just make this plain and simple.
In the Evil category Arthas would probably win, because he didn't just kill people,he enslaved their souls and turned them into the undead.Where Deathwing only kills people and that's it.
Although in power Deathwing will win for sure.Cause he can wipe out an entire continent if he wanted to
considering he has the power to control the earth. And he nearly destroyed Azeroth with only one move. And he doesn't rely on his army.Where Arthas is nothing without his precious Frostmourne and his Helmet of Damnation, if he didn't have those things his army would have never existed. And Deathwing can wipe out his entire army with ease, just like he tried to do so with Azeroth.

First of all stop this fire and ice @#$% before people start quoting Robert Frost...
Second SHAME ON YOU FOR the necro of this absurd thread!
Anyway... Deathwing is much more powerful than the Lich King. And as far as the Lich King goes Im pretty sure Arthas is much more powerful than Bolvar since he had Frostmourne and the Plate of the Damned, Bolvar only wears the helm.
And as far as the guy who said Deathwing only kills people, your forgetting that bit about him raping some of the females of his flight to death while attempting to breed, and severly disfiguring Sinestra as well, and Im pretty sure I read something about him having similar plans for Alexstraza and Ysera. He also has had a lot more time to do a lot more evil compared to the few years that Arthas was active (or inactive as the term may be).
Despite this I
do
think that Arthas is more evil since he enslaves and tortures peoples souls (not allowing them to rest or move on), as well as the fact that Deathwing is just more insane. Not that insanity excuses his actions, but it makes them more understandable than Arthas who just had his soul stolen by a sword and decided to be evil from then on out. Although with the little retcon in WOTLK talking about how there was some tiny piece of Arthas holding on inside the Lich King that pretty much tosses that out the window.
So in terms of evil I would say pre retcon Arthas > Deathwing > post retcon Arthas.

But he did end being part of two earth shattering ka-booms; once in Draenor and again in Azeroth with the Cataclysm. Of course....Arthas never succeeded with his plans either so.....pretty much all of his wins was as the hand of the Lich King Ner'zhul; once he merged, his competency level took a massive nose dive and he turned into the Saturday Morning Cartoon Villain we all knew and hated during Wrath.

So did DW, reminds me of a cartoon "Pinky and the Brain".

To go back to the earlier question about Deepholme and Deathwing, as Therazane says to us during the quests leading up to ending the zone:
Then take responsibility for its actions, Stone Lord. You will be the one answering to me when it shows its true intent. And you fleshling, consider for a moment that you are entirely surrounded by rock in this place. The very earth you walk on bends to my will. If you betray us, there will be no escape for you. I will crush your body so slowly that you shall every single one of your bones break. I'm glad we had this talk.
If Deathwing showed up again, she'd kill him instantly.

^ If thats the extent of the Elemental Lords power within their own realms, I find it all the more retarded that we were able to kill Ragnaros in the Firelands.
