Myrroddin
Human male Priest - Myrroddin, which is a slight misspelling of the Gaelic word for "Merlin". Yeah, should have played a Mage. Moving along...
BadAsh - Human Male Death Knight, from the movie Army of Darkness "I'm bad Ash. You're good Ash. Goody little two-shoes! Goody little two-shoes!" *poke*
WorganaLaFey - Worgan female Warlock, a twist on King Arthur's sister, Morgan(na) La Fey/Fay, depending on source material for spelling.
I have other characters, but those are the ones with interesting names. Incidentally, Myrroddin's full name is Faustus Myrroddin, based on an old D&D mage I used to play. Faustus comes from the play Faust, about a man who sells his soul to the devil. Unfortunately, WoW does not use first and last names, and "Faust", "Faustus", and "Phaust" were all taken on my server.

My DK: Nasvicious
Came up with it long before I played WoW but it is based from the rap artist Nas and since I'm a vicious DK that part is added. And of course everyone calls me "Nas" in game. I wanted to name my first son Nasvicious but it works better for a WoW toon. ;)
None of my other characters have names that mean anything, other than Fleaserkus for my worgen hunter with his big wasp named "ringleader".

The two names I use most often are:
Selph - Rumored deleted boss from NiGHTS into Dreams
Zenith - The first band name I ever made in Rock Band 2.
Currently I use a BElf with the first name and a Worgen with the other.

I do try to fit my toon's name to their class and race, but I don't do much research, sadly.
Anyway, Cazloc (male troll priest). Suggested by my roommate, it seems like a very troll-ish name to me. My guild calls me Caz, for short.
Regnus (male dwarf shaman): Lucky find from the "Random Name" button, it fits because it's a strong, solid sort of name, much like the dwarves themselves.
Boombeck (male goblin shaman): Another find from the Random Name button, slightly modified. The button gave me "Broombeck" and it was changed thusly due to him being a goblin.
Mutsumi (female human hunter) w/ pet turtle named TamaChan: A reference to "Love Hina", a manga by Ken Akamatsu. One of the main characters, Mutsumi Otohime, has literally dozens of pet turtles. Early in the manga, she was first introduced as very sickly, at one point falling into a faint that was mistaken for her death. I thought, "Well, which class can fake their own death? Hunters!"

For my orc names I use sumerian phoenetics.
Dalkhu - Demonology Warlock, means demonic spirit
&
Baraqu - Elemental Shaman, means to strike with lightning.

I find most of these names very fitting and interesting indeed!
ToxicKiller - Which my friend and I got from a cigarette pack...We couldn't find a name that wasn't already taken, and it went along well with the Orc Warrior theme we had.
Andowyn (Blood Elf Death Knight) - I wanted to create a character that reminded me of one of the characters from the Diablo novel series from Richard A. Knaack. I created this toon in my image of how I saw her.
KieraD (Human Monk) - I wanted to start an Alliance toon, so I thought up a human name...This one is simple enough lmao

On BBC Merlin, they keep referring to him as a warlock!

Pulverpadda
soon to be 14 years ago, when on my first "LAN" we were all making different nicks for some HL fun. Mine became Pulverpadda and stayed that in all kind of games since back then....
It's literal translation is "Powdertoad" and is a norwegian candy, since that was what i read of my candybag and decided to name myself all those years ago, and i find it quite peculiar even myself that i've "bonded" so much with this nickname :P

Deathbeard- dk (obviously)
Evilbeard- warlock
Beardadin- pally :D

I actually have two groups regarding my characters: one is a group that is part of an RP story that I do with a friend and the others I just made.
RP Group:
Matt Morgan (full name Matthias Morgan)
Vinco Wesker (nickname Vin)
Alberich
Kara Frost
Waylon Frost (He and Kara are a couple)
Other Group:
Everyone else
The everyone else group actually are mostly names in Draconic that have some meaning to their class or spec.

Brödrostrost. "Brödrost" means toaster in my language, and "rost" means rust. Rust in this case is reffering to the small crumbs of burned bread and rust that builds up in the bottom of the toaster. So translated its "Toastercrumbs".
