Any info and insight keep it coming!
For instance I entirely forgot about Leather Specialization /facepalm. So badly so that my toon is not even taking advantage of it... *sigh*

As a side note, I seem to be able to cast Starfall pretty much every lunar eclipse at the moment...
Behold the power GoSS :P
GoW and GoMF seem close for me but i still lean towards GoMF for my 3rd spot.

Starfall still hits a lot in single target.
Mastery affects half our spells... the only spells we are casting in eclipse anyways...

Mastery is not that amazing since it only affects half our spells DURING an eclipse... Mastery affects all of a specific damage type during eclipse. Treants and IS during a lunar eclipse are the
only
spells we cast under eclipse that
don't
gain a bonus from eclipse. I'm curious if his observation about crit being more powerful includes Moonfury's future inclusion of Starsurge.
His rotation seems to imply that DoTs should be refreshed as they go down rather then at the start of each eclipse. He does not seem to have picked up on using IS during both eclipses.
His observation about the glyphs is interesting as it was his post originally that described GoSS as the top glyph, even single target. I will test these out.
Edit: I'm still seeing higher numbers with GoSS, GoIS and GoMF then others on single target.
After testing, I see no benefit to the crit vs mastery idea. Crit gives higher peaks and lower lows but the mean dps is the same as those same points going to mastery when reforging. The choice for me would be Mastery for consistancy and Crit if you care less about that and want to occasionally push the bigger numbers. There are valid arguments for both in hardcore raiding, so it comes down to preference.
I am seeing larger numbers with Black Magic instead of +63 SP as listed in the info.

Not to bring this off topic, but I'm wondering what stats you people are sitting on. I'm wondering if my balance is good, if I got too much Hate.
My stats in Moonkin Form with MotW:
Spell Power: 3374
Haste: 685 (20,89%)
Crit: 614 (32,40%)
Mastery: 174 (11,79%)
(Hit capped ofc.)

So, how much is too much Haste?

what's a good haste number to shoot for? i reforged all my crit into mastery but my haste is still pretty low at 518 (15.18%) where as my crit is just shy of 37% and my mastery rating is 453. should i drop some mastery for crit/haste or are those #'s good enough?
oh and my MF tooltip has no mention of adding solar power, so dunno about that or if it was stealth fixed a bit ago.

Ok, ty. I'll keep geming for Int. and reforge into Haste and Mastery.

On the crit vs mastery debate:
The way I look at it, the more mastery you have, the better crit becomes. Mastery will always be a flat buff ~60% of the time, whereas crit gets weaker the more you have. Haste makes both stronger.
Imo, mastery > crit but try and get a decent amount of both, much like we did crit and haste in WotLK.
Technically crit scales exactly the same until 100%, there is no diminishing returns to crit.
I prefer mastery over crit however I did raid with the suggested stat prios on EJ, as well as my preference on mastery, and did some fairly extensive testing with the target dummy. Both are indeed viable options for us and I don't think there is a wrong answer to the crit vs mastery debate.
For those of you who have not noticed there was a minor nerf to caster dps a few days back. I'm still topping charts but I'm no longer capable of 18k on Saurfang, until the coming week of raiding I'd hazard a guess that my dps will be in then 16.5k range though so while it is a loss of 1.5k we are still doing significant damage.

i did notice a dps nerf from testing on the dummy, went from 10.5/11k down to 8.5k, yikes. still a buff overall but it's never fun seeing your dps decrease that much overnight
