Character: Themra, Skreel
Location: Darkshire
Themra watched as the world melted away, leaving her in blackness. She wondered if she was dead, but doubted it, as she knew that powerful Shadow Priests left nothing behind, not even souls. If she was dead, she wouldn't be aware at all.
Skreel watched the orc fall to her knees as he chipped away at her will. He waited patiently for the moment she couldn't fight it any longer. There wouldn't be anything left of her, then, body, spirit, or otherwise.

Dag'rema grinned and looked back down at the attackers. She raised her hands and made felfire fall from the sky, smiled as she watched the ethereals bindings catch flame.

Dag'rema turned, demonically-aided hearing detecting the worgen before she could shoot.
"You just won't give up, will you?" she chuckled darkly. "Why is it that you hate me so much? What did I ever do to you?" she asked."Did I kill your father? Was that it? Perhaps a sibling or friend? It's nothing personal, you know."

"No, no," Dag'rema chuckled, shifting back to her orc form. "This is personal for you somehow. I'm not sure what I did, but if it was just that you wanted to kill bad people who deserved it, you'd have joined the Argent Crusade, or the Shattered Sun Offensive, or someone else, and then you would have killed whoever they told you to." she answered. "No, you folks came after me personally. I imagine that each of you has your own reason to want me dead, and I'm curious about you. You seem especially driven. Or perhaps you just lack self-control. Is that it? Perhaps you don't have a reason to come after me, but you're just too weak to control yourself in a fight? Am I close?"

Themra could feel herself beginning to fade out of existence and desperately fought against it, her will battling against that of the priest for her very being.
"Can you stand, Russell?" Skreel asked calmly, keeping most of his focus on the orc.

"Oh, you're not going to tell me," Dag'rema frowned. "But revenge is no fun when the one on the receiving end has no idea what it's for," she added. "Or maybe you really don't have a reason. I suppose it's possible that you're just angry and need to hurt someone. I can sympathize with that," she shrugged, sensing that she'd struck a nerve.

"Wait... you can't be..." Dag'rema murmured with a quiet chuckle. "Blackbite? You must've heard wrong. Her addiction killed her, and it killed her because her body couldn't handle it after she left me. I was her friend. I wanted to help her."

"No, it's your fault!" Dag'rema answered, trying a different approach. "She would have stayed safe with me, but she was afraid of raising a weak and vulnerable child there, so she left! If you'd have been stronger, she'd still be alive!"
Character: Themra, Skreel
Location: Darkshire
Skreel hesitated a moment, looking down at Russel and the human youth. Russell had asked him to kill the orc, but Russell was his first priority. The mission was to bring Russell and his flock safely to the Plaguelands. He supposed that he could have Russell reawakened, but since Blightcaller had outlawed necromancy, that would prove extremely difficult, and he could be executed if word got out.
Lowering his arms, Themra suddenly gasped and fell onto her hands, thoroughly panicked. She looked up to see Koren with one of the Shadow Priests as a hostage, and the other standing still. She wasn't sure what to do or say, so she just stayed on her hands and knees, catching her breath.

"No, when I found her, she was already Blackbite," Dag'rema answered. "I simply took her in; gave her a home, safe from the Alliance; and helped her take care of you! She was a victim, but not of me, of the society that saw her mother raped-to-death and her brother killed and did nothing! The society you're working with! I was only ever a friend to your mother!" she continued. "Destroying me will do nothing, it's the Alliance, who turned a blind eye to your mother's suffering that is to blame! Fight them, not me!"

Dag'rema was growing frustrated. She was trying to avoid a fight if it wasn't necessary, but it was looking more and more like she wouldn't be able to pursuade the worgen.
"How can you be so ungrateful? I took your mother in, and I made sure that she could care for you. Why? Because my mother made me a warlock. My mother beat me, tortured me, and turned me into this. I took your mother in because it made me feel better to see her acting as a real mother to you. I only wanted what was best for her. She was like a sister to me, I would never hurt her!"

"Do not try to escape," Stravinsky said flatly through a heavy accent. "If you try, I will find you. And zere are worse zhings zhen being slave."
