Katsuro emerged, shaking his hair to dry it somewhat before lying on his back, asking the spirits of the lake to support him as he closed his eyes contentedly.

Nat
Ashenvale
Nat continued to hold her breath as she rummaged at the bottom of the lake, brushing different weeds aside as she looked for a specific one. She swam up to the surface, taking a deep breath before diving back down again. Nat finally found a herb she was looking for, a dark, leafy green plant with tendril like leaves. She reached down onto the base, pulling at it. As she did so, the plant wrapped around her hand, giving her extra grip.
Tugging the plant free, she swam and broke the surface, gasping for breath as she swam over to the orc and threw the plant onto his chest with a smile.

Katsuro reacted immediately, grabbing Nat's wrist even before he opened his eyes in a half-mechanical gesture.
"Um," he said awkwardly when he pried his eyelids open.

Nat's eye widened, a look of surprise on her face. She unclenched her fist, the kelp falling and hitting Katsuro's ribs before sliding off his skin and back into the water. "S-strangle kelp..." Nat said, stammering a little as she stared at him.

"Good fo' concentration if yah eat it," Nat said, her voice very quiet. "An' can smoke it too, fo' a... different.. effect.." she trailed off, her eyes darting from his face to her wrist. She moved her arm, trying to wiggle out of his grasp.

"Um. Sorry. Thanks?" Katsuro muttered with a half-baked smile, awkwardly letting her go.

Nat gave him a confused, angry look, furrowing her brows and biting the inside of her cheek. She stared at him for a few more seconds before looking down at the kelp that had sunk back down to the bottom of the lake. With one final glare, she turned around and began heading to the shore, unsure of what to think.

Katsuro dived to get the kelp. Unbeknownst to him, shadowy figures appeared among the woods around the lake, watching the couple intently.

Nat swam back to the shore to where the rest of her clothes were. She stood on the edge of the lake, water droplets running off her onto the sand as she folded her arms across her chest. With a sigh, she watched Katsuro. She was still a little shaken up. Maybe it was irrational, but she felt he had shown violence towards her and she wasn't sure what to think.
Nat thought back to the civil war in Shatterspear - she had laid low, hidden with a few others as the rest fought it out. She hated violence, she hated anger, no good ever came of any of it.
Nat sighed again.

Phillip sighed. "Give it to me." He said, opening their mental link.
'Let me see, and let me take it. Please....'

Katsuro began slowly emerging, approaching Nat with his hands held in the open, the stranglekelp held firmly in his right fist.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to harm you. I didn't even think what I was doing. It was foolish," he said meekly.

K'ode nodded a few times, thinking to himself. "Alright... alright..." the Druid murmured, drumming his fingers on the table. "Tell you what, come with us outside for a minute, and tell our friend what you told us. Im thinkin' he is down by the water. Then we'll go from there," K'ode said, finishing his glass of wine. "I'm K'ode, and this very very drunk shaman here is Ganjaru," he added, patting the green haired troll on the back with a smile.

Nat kicked at the sand awkwardly, biting her lip. "Mkay," she shrugged, nodding a little. "Yeah, okay. Fine."

"Okay," Nat said flatly, glancing sideways. She looked at the surrounding forest, almost positive she saw movement. She shrugged and turned her back to Katsuro. With a sigh she picked up her dress, feeling the fabric before slipping it over her head.

Two darts with tranquilizer came flying out of the green, one going for Nat's neck, the other burying itself into Katsuro's.
"Shoot... Duck!" the orc yelled, reaching for his sword as numbness began to spread.

"Ah!" Nat screamed, her hand whipping around to feel the dart embedded in the back of her neck. "Katsuro! What do ah do!" she yelled, running towards him and stumbling as the numbness began to reach her limps. "What's happenin! Help! HELP!"

Katsuro shakily pushed her behind himself, drawing his sword and assuming a defensive stance. The red snake tattoo began to glow on his right arm.
"My, my, still standin', are yeh?"
A figure clad in black leather and wearing dark purple coat over their armor stepped forward - a dwarf with a massive axe resting across his shoulder, stroking his long gray beard.
"'boot time we found a sacr'fice. Kill 'em only if yeh must!" he bellowed, pointing at the couple, and a handful of shadowy enforcers surged forward.

"No, no!" Nat screamed as the group of cultists rushed forward. She panicked, breathing heavier and heavier as the tranquilizer took hold. A male night elf surged forwards and grabbed the troll, and she punched at him unsuccessfully, her inexperience and the drug making her clumsy and weak.
