"Everything's going to be okay, I promise," Gurka stated, smiling gently. "I can take a step back, if you want."
Character: Ji'jiri, Jade
Location: Darkshore
"Oh, of course," Ji'jiri apologized, offering up another bit of egg. "And yes, fate can be cruel, but I've found that whatever fate throws at you, it will always make you stronger, unless you choose to give in to misery. You only feel as bad as you choose to feel. But that is just my own experiences, I do not claim to speak for you."
"Nothing personal," Jade answered with a small sigh. "Just business. The Kaldorei Empire has stood firm for millenia. We will not bow to the whims of some upshoot troll tribe."

Amanda the Shadowheart
Location: Alterac Mountains / Stratholme
"Scared of her, hate her, yes, yes they would. But there comes a point where you have to just stop caring what people think about you. I had to do it, all of the Forsaken had to eventually. If they didn't, then the oppresion of others quite often becomes too much to handle.
Queen
? Amanda thought. Could that possibly be in refference to the "Banshee Queen"? Sylvanas Windrunner? It seemed unlikely, all of the loyalists she knew of had been rounded up and executed. Had some managed to slip through the screenings?

An entire raiding party, truely dead.
He had been so methodical in his planning of these strikes, so careful. They had left no bodies, no witnesses, the only remains of their actions had been minimal tracks - some faked - and the ruins of the carts - only a few supplies left behind. It could have been anything doing the raiding, ANYTHING! Trolls, ogres, human bandits. But what had the living sent with them out of all the Shadow-damned spellcasters in the world? A feling Priest of the Light!
"Papa, why aren't the others coming back?" Susie looked up at Vrem, who was sitting on his... "throne," he supposed some would call it - although it was little more than a wooden chair.
He said nothing in reply to the undead child. Ten good soldiers, lost. Their pressence - in whatever form - revealed. Their forces were just barely a fourth of the Forsaken's, he only hoped that the Light-blinded living would act rashly as they always did and blame the Forsaken. If not, then a move would likely be in order. Zealous though they were, and powerful were such a few among them, they would still last only mere minutes against an attack by their enemies.
He pondered his every option.

The old forsaken clenched his fists. There was only one queen he could think of that his murderous brethren in undeath could revere.
"
There can be no compromise, then. The loyalists are to be obliterated.

Evora looked on. How curious.... there were some still loyal to their glorious queen?

Kalistra Sunstorm
Kalistra's Sanctum
Kali sat on her throne, staring into a crystal at the worgen. Her eyes were narrowed and she reached out one hand and muttered a spell, sending tendrils of dark energy into it.
So, I've started on your body, time for your mind little pup.
She murmured, grinning to herself.

"Calm down sir." Yuri said to the human, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Please, if she is not the right woman, we won't let these people take her." The worgen said, looking at her mate who was still facing off against the hunters.

"Transporting her to Gilneas would be a viable idea... But, correct me if I'm wrong, aren't you exiled for rape and homicide, mister Hendricks?" Rutherford said smoothly.
"Besides, we could just as well transport her all the way to Darnassus - where we were given leads and description in the first place," he added with a light smirk.

"Which is why I said that my mate, and Leonard and Lucas would be the ones to take her." Lobo said slowly, as if he was speaking to a particularly thick child. "They are allowed free access to the lands." He smiled slightly. "It's not that I don't trust you..but in all honesty, I don't. If she is the murderess, she's still a Priestess of Elune; one of our personal allies and I would rather not just turn her over to a group I know nothing about."

Character: Gurka, Taelani
Location: Alterac
"What?" Gurka asked, looking back. "Hold on, I'll see what's going on," she stated, hurrying back to Ga'Crane. "Ga'Crane, what are you doing?" she asked.
Taelani did her best to stay calm. She didn't know what was going to happen, but she felt a terrible urge to bolt. She managed to restrain herself, though, due to her still being exhausted and knowing that would only make things worse.
Character: Ji'jiri, Jade
Location: Darkshore
"I suppose I don't," Ji'jiri answered, sighing. "Now that Ja is dead..." he paused. "My parents are still alive, but they are old, and I can't bring myself to make them bear my problems."
"Then she wouldn't be in her right mind," Jade answered. "She could be suffering from Prisoner Attachment Syndrome, or some other stress-induced disorder. We can treat that, but we have to bring her home, by force if necessary."

"Very well, commander, it seems that you have what it takes to handle the situation from now on," Rutherford said calmly, sucking the flames into his palm. He allowed himself to smile when the life force of microorganisms consumed by flames coursed through him, however insignificant it was - he felt every single drip. Without too much trouble, he briefly informed Shade telepathically of the situation.
'
Some witch, assisted by a fel-mutated orc and some sort of a necromancer kidnapped Elmwood and Snowmane. They appear to have escaped into a pocket dimension of sorts. I only managed to drag Elmwood out, while Iceheart chose to try and rescue Snowmane.
These worgen are led by an exiled rapist and murderer Dennis Hendricks. Right now they propose we take her to Gilneas and hand her over to elven ambassadors - you handle this, spy master.
And, if it's not too much of a trouble, can I ask you to refer to me as Charles Garold Rutherford, as I have introduced myself to them? I'd rather they didn't know my identity unless necessary.
'
He then turned to Gurka, "Trying to keep a murderess from escaping, that's all."
'
Well, here goes my cover...
' he thought darkly.

Lucas grabbed hold of Sirius, the worgen druid snarling as he tried to take a step towards the shadowcaster. "Calm yourself; we don't need an incident." The large Gilnean hissed in the ear of his friend. The other worgen watched as the druid visibly forced himself to calm down, then walked over to where the wall of flames had been to attempt to heal it. "I'll help him." Lupe murmured to her father and he nodded, not taking his eyes off the hunters.
"So, do you have someone here who can confirm that this woman is who you say she?" He asked again, looking at the new arrival.

Kali shuddered as her spell worked it's way into Snowmane's head.
Yes little one, relive it all.
She though, a pleased smile on her face.

Phillip
Shadow Realm
Phillip was getting closer, he knew it. But he still had no idea how to get back into Kali's sanctum.
He needed an anchor... and there was only one he could think of...
'Snowmane.'
He whispered, trying to enter the worgen's mind. The Nightmare was there, blocking him.
'Snowmane... please, fight it. I'm here Snowmane, it's going to be okay.'

Gurka rushed back over to Dawn's location, not wanting to leave her alone with Morec.
"See, see, they're fine," she said, pointing over to where the fire had been. "It didn't hurt them," she explained with a smile.
Character: Snowmane

Snowmane was in the process of mentally living out the various tortures perpetrated upon Moonhowl, and could barely hear Phillip's voice.

'And I'll hurt her...'
Phillip replied, getting further into Snowmane's mind.
'For every time she hurts you, I'll kill her all over again. Remember who you are, Snowmane. Remember who I am. We killed the blood queen, we defeated Dag'Rema. We stood toe-to-toe with dreadlords and survived.'
