Hello everyone! This is a sandbox RP, which means it doesn't have any set plot or direction, or background. It takes place on a random day in Shattrath City, and will continue on until whenever. The point of this RP is to help develop characters, and have some fun in a lighter RP when the more serious ones are slow :D
Standard RP rules apply, and please when you post your Name/Location, be as specific as you can since just saying 'Shat' won't really help anyone out ;)
Edit:
This RP has no set time on when it takes place in WoW. The timeline is purely personal to whatever character you are RPing. I didn't want to leave any characters out by placing a restriction on the time frame. For example, if this was taking place in Wrath time, many characters from A20 would not be able to participate! I know it's kind of a tricky concept to figure out, especially in regards to 'whats going on in the world?', but just pick a time in your characters lives regardless of the date it happened, and RP them then. :)
Have fun!
~~
Character:
Llynarai Runesong (blood elf huntress)
Location:
World's End Tavern
Description
: Bushy, wild red hair that falls to her mid-back. Pale, pinkish skin and emerald eyes. Scar on her left cheek and green runes on her shoulders, back and arms. Clad in comfortable, form fitting dark leathers and a large cloak. Pet is a gigantic, purple striped sabre.
Llynarai scowled as she walked into the tavern, her bright hair and large ears hidden under the large hood of her heavy cloak. She looked around in disgust at the other inhabitants of the tavern, who were mostly drunken men. "Filthy pigs," she grunted, taking a seat at the end of the bar. Llynarai needed a drink, and she needed it now. She ordered a glass of scotch and smelled the alcohol happily before taking a greedy gulp.

Character: Rashahkk the Inexorable
Location: Bridge into City
Description:
Rashahkk has medium green skin, and dark blue hair, which he keeps back in a ponytail. The rest of his head is shaved, and he has a short beard. His armor is bulky and clearly very old and sports several ancient orcish symbols, including the Horde symbol, all painted dark blue. He uses a massive axe, its blade wrought of steel and tempered in blood.
Rashahkk looked around at the spectacular city, both out of amusement and disgust. The city had changed a great deal since he had seen its ruins as a child. It was alive now, and once again populated by the disgusting blue Draenei that he had heard of in his childhood. He'd never gotten to see one up close, so few had they been.
He passed a nearby Peacekeeper and couldn't help but grin. His gut told him to immediately kill the Draenei and fall in a blaze of glory slaying every other blueblood he saw, along with any humans or anyone else who tried to stop him.
But inside he knew that was folly. He would be killed quickly, too quickly to actually accomplish anything. He continued onward, toward the inn. Maybe he could find some true warriors or the Horde to share tales of glory with.

Character:
Aldos Firestar
Location:
Scryers Tier
Description:
Aldos is a bloodelf Bloodmage. He wears black and red robes and carries a blood red staff that has a three small verdant spheres floating around the top of it. No one really knows what his face looks like since he keeps it hidden by the hood on his cloak. He cares nothing for the light or any form of higher power believing them to be a waste of time and if some one wants something done they should do it themselves.
"Pathetic." He muttered looking off the balcony of the Scryers Tier and watching the city below. "These creatures put faith in something that will only disappoint." He said as he grab his staff and headed towards the elevator to see more of the city.

Character:
Wind Trader Al'Zavur
Location:
Lower City
Description:
Al'Zavur is a wealthy and influential Ethereal, loosely associated with Consortium. He is dressed in silvery robes and wields a long battle-staff with a phase blade on each end of it.
Al'Zavur was in a good mood for an ethereal - he just managed to sell a completely useless chunk of crystal to some purple-skinned long-eared creature, who decided it was a part of Draenic legacy - and Al'Zavur had no intentions of disappointing it. He made a gesture to his voidwalkers to carry over the profit to his vault at Aldor's part of the city and looked around to see if any potential customers were around.

((please see my edit in the original post! if it's unclear what I mean, just say so and I will try to clear it up a bit ))
Character: Llynarai
Location: World's End Tavern
Llynarai gulped back her drink, the strong alcohol burning her throat in that familiar and comforting way as she drank. She hiccuped once and sighed, ordering another drink. Shiboo was stretched out along the wall, purring contently and licking his paws. Llynarai glanced at him. Frig, he was getting old. She sighed once more and took a gulp of her fresh drink, shifting slightly on the stool as she did so. The huntress was in a particularly foul mood that day for whatever reason, and she muttered some obscene profanity under her breath as she took another drink, her shoulders hunched and her head down to avoid attracting attention. She wanted to drink alone, and in peace.

Character: Ashiena, troll huntress
Location: Lower City, Near Orphanage
Description:
Short turquoise hair styled in a fauxhawk, light cerulean skin and large red eyes. Short, curved tusks. Clad in black linen pants, a red blouse, red boots and a red and black tabard with the Horde symbol on it. Has both Mali, a large black lion, and Dehyo, a large armored black worg.
Ashiena smiled lightly, feeling the weights of the world lift off her shoulders as the orphanage came into view. There were two things she loved in the world: animals, and children, and she would do anything for them. She scratched Dehyo lightly behind the ears, smiling still as she dismounted and stashed her weapons in the sheaths on the wolfs side. The huntress hummed quietly to herself as she began to walk the rest of the way to the orphanage.

Llynarai
Worlds End Tavern
Llynarai swore again and took another drink as an elf came into the bar and kicked a very drunk orc over a table. "Great, another stupid idiot," she grunted under her breath, wiping her eyes and reaching into her pocket for her pack of cigarettes. She lit one and took a deep puff before taking another gulp of scotch. Shiboo continued to purr contently, now stretched on his side along the wall.
Ashiena
Lower City Orphanage
"Ashi!" a little orc girl called, running over to the huntress. Ashiena grinned and dropped down to a knee, hugging the child as more came over to greet her. The children crowded around her and she gave each one of them a hug. They all babbled excitedly, some clinging and hugging Mali and Dehyo. The great lion lay on the ground, his tail twitching excitedly as he purred at the children. Dehyo just stood, watching Ashiena obediently and licking a childs hand. "Whatcha bring this time Ashi?" a human boy asked, and Ashienas smile grew wider.
"Well, les jus' see.." she said teasingly, reaching into one of the bags tied to Dehyo's side. She waited a second and then pulled out some sweet, handing one to each child. "Thank you Ashi!" they all grinned, unwrapping the candies and chewing on them.
She had to drop off some more supplies to Matron Mercy, but she was content to sit and talk with the children for a while longer.

Llynarai
Worlds End Tavern
Llynarai continued to smoke and drink, wishing to drift away into sweet drunken oblivion. She coughed a little when the last of her drink went down the wrong way, and muttered another curse. She ordered another glass and swirled its contents, staring into the glass before taking a large gulp. Llynarai glanced around the bar quickly, trying to not draw attention to herself as she took another puff of her smoke.
Ashiena
Lower City Orphanage
Ashiena grinned as the children hugged and played with Mali and Dehyo. Finally she stood up and grabbed the supplies from off Dehyo's saddle. "Okay kiddies, ah'll be back outside ta play mo' soon, jus' goin' to pay your lovely matron a visit," she chuckled.
"Will Mali stay?" asked a little tauren girl. "Of course he will Unokai," Ashiena smiled, gathering her supplies and heading to the building. She saw a troll leaning on a wall and tilted her head politely at him as she walked.

Characters: Karal Anderson, Tae'sash Firebloom
Location: Terrace of Light, Shattrah City
Karal is a priest of the Holy Light, just a hair under 6 feet, with dark brown hair, a slight hawk like nose, dark gray eyes, thin lips, and a slightly pointed chin. He usually wears dark robes with a medallion of the Holy Light around his neck, and carries no obvious weapons. He is originally from Theramore, and has grown tired of near constant fighting among the races.
Tae'sash is a Blood Elf magi, 6 feet tall with long white hair and deep green eyes. He is handsome in a way his friend isn't, and almost always has a large smile on his face. Tae'sash enjoys bright colours, and wears robes with strange cuts to them. He carries a simple staff to channel his magic through, and has a familiar, a large python named Aya, a creature he created over the course a few dozen years.
There was a flash and the three travelers arrived on the Terrace of Light. Tae'sash smiled as he looked around the old city, listening to the sounds of Karal dry heaving beside him.
Even for you that was cruel Tae.
Aya chided him gently and the blood elf chuckled as he stroked the head of his serpent pet. "Hey, Karal asked to take a teleport instead of a portal, it was his own fault." The magi laughed as he pulled out a flask of water and passed it to his friend, who took it with a whimpered thanks.
"Remind me to never do something that stupid again please Aya." Karal moaned as he staggered over to sit on of the benches that ringed the main building of the city. "We can't wait too long Karal, we need to meet up with my supplier before he leaves the city." Tae said, and the priest merely groaned again as he leaned back on the bench.

Llynarai
World's End Tavern
Llynarai continued to drink, and Shiboo continued to purr.
Ashiena
Lower City Orphanage
"'Ello Matron," Ashiena said curtly as she walked into the orphanage. Mercy was sitting on a hard chair, feeding a baby troll from a bottle. "Good day Ashiena," she said coldly, looking up at Ashiena.
Ashiena inwardly sighed, wondering how the matron could be so cold around such happy children filled with life. "Ah've brought some supplies," she said, gesturing to the bags. "Some food, mostly bread, cheese an' some dried meat. An' some candies. Some clothes ah managed to find, an' a few handsewn blankets, an' some toys."
The matron smiled, genuinely happy for the donations for they would have cost her a pretty penny... the orphanage does not get a lot of funding. "Well, you know where they go," she said, turning back to the child in her hands. "And thank you."
Ashiena grabbed the heavy bags and began to make her way around the orphanage to put them away.
